Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in designing, customizing, and developing solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, solid understanding of CRM concepts, and experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Work on entity schema, relationships, form customizations, and business logic components.
• Develop custom plugins, workflow activities, and automation.
• Build and enhance integrations using APIs, Postman, and related tools.
• Implement and maintain security models across roles, privileges, and access levels.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support deployments.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Co-ordinator to join our organization a IT Hardware & System Integration company.

In this role, you will support the Sales and Technical Head by managing customer interactions, like understanding Customer requirements, preparing and submitting quotations, following up on the quotations & processing orders to closure, till payment is received.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Handling customer enquiries & requirements with appropriate product recommendations.

·      Prepare & manage sales documentation, including quotations, invoices, & purchase orders.

·      Follow-up and negotiate with customers on quotations and win order

·      Coordinate and negotiate with vendors, distributors, suppliers for pricing,  material and services availability, & order fulfillment.

·      Track hardware stock levels and coordinate delivery schedules with logistics partners.

·      Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and transactions.

·      Follow up on customer quotations, pending orders, and payments to ensure timely closure.

·      Provide basic after-sales support and coordinate with the Technical Head for any complex issues or warranty claims.

·      Generate regular sales and inventory reports to assist with planning and decision-making.

·      Support day-to-day administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth sales operations.

Requirements:

Graduate (Class 12 pass with good communication skills may also be considered)

2–3 years of experience in a sales coordination, admin, or operations role—preferably in IT hardware or related industries.

Basic understanding of IT hardware products (e.g., laptops, servers, networking devices).

Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Role and Requirements

·      Managing sales distribution and growth for Hotchaa! in retail – MT and GT

·      Come with good knowledge, understanding and relationships with GT and MT market in India, specifically Mumbai

·      Understand way of working for FMCG product growth – distribution, listing, promotions, merchandising

·      Establish sales objectives and targets by forecasting and developing monthly sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; work to achieve set sales targets along with marketing team

·      Identify and build the right retail partnerships online and offline to drive sales for Hotchaa! products

·      Manage relationships and engagement with channel partners (online and offline) including analyzing sales potential, SKU rationalization, pricing and promotion decisions and trend forecasting

·      Conduct frequent trade visits to gain valuable insights on stock movement, monthly trends and tweak strategy accordingly.

·      Build and nurture relationships with retailers and distributors, discuss their needs and assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them

·      Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics

·      Provide sales support to distribution partners and work closely on POS promotions / shelf displays / marketing / visibility strategy along with marketing inputs
