We are looking for a creative and talented Web Developer to join our growing team.

As our Website Developer, you will oversee the functionality of our websites, evaluate and manage website performance, facilitate hosting and server management, and develop, maintain and update website content.You should have an analytical mind with a keen eye for detail and have a detailed understanding and proven track record of leading projects from concept to completion.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain marketing website/s and landing pages. This includes our corporate websites and all future websites, microsites for new products and services, and other microsites for marketing efforts
• Ensure that the websites are up to date with the latest content and is user-friendly in terms of design and functionality
• Design and implement new features and improvements around functionality
• Ensure high-performance and availability, optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability and construct effective and response designs
• Troubleshoot website content and aesthetic issues (element arrangements on-screen, color and font choices, etc.)
• Optimize website performance and maintain site analytics, campaign metrics, and reporting
• Having knowledge of WordPress and associated plugins, structuring a website's layout, managing front end and back of the website while delivering a visually appealing website to the visitors is the criteria in short. Knowledge of SEO is a plus point.

• A graduate of Computer Science or equivalent experience, preferably with experience in the Technology Industry
• At least 2-5 years Experience 
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and strong observational and listening skills
• Must have expert knowledge in WordPress, Adobe Suite, Content Management Systems and preferably some exposure to Elementor (Plug-in) and W3C Web standards
• Proven ability to deploy websites in a short timeframe (2-3 weeks cycles) is a strong plus
• Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Experience with website analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

• Good technical knowledge.

  Focus on the back end (PHP, Node.js)

  Both SQL and NoSQL experience.

  Team lead with complex system architecture skills - He/she should able to manage/handle 5 or more team members/different teams.

  Server deployment and cloud experience in either AWS or Azure.

  ReactNative / NativeScript or fully native app development skills.

  Experience with at least one CMS.
