Responsibilities will include
1.Deliver targets for digital business as aligned with Management in AOP across lending, devices and consumer products (postpe and payback) within CAC/RoAs objectives. Current contribution is upwards of 30% for 400 crore monthly disbursals and 90%+ on consumer products (600cr+ monthly TPV and 80cr annual digital marketing budget)

Job Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work as part of a software development team and be
responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the back-end of fast-growing web/mobile
applications.

Roles and Responsibilities
Who are we looking for?
● B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
● 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
● Strong problem-solving skills, Computer science fundamentals, Data structures, and
Algorithms.
● Solid OOP and software design knowledge with a great understanding of Design Patterns –
you should know how to create software that’s extensible, reusable, and meets desired
architectural objectives.
● Hands-on experience in Java 8, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
● Excellent knowledge of Databases such as MySQL and MongoDB

- Participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups.

Requirements:
- 1+ year of professional experience working with React Native.
- 2+ years of professional software development experience.

- An understanding of React Native best practices and a commitment to following them.
- Ability to work through new and difficult React Native issues and contribute to libraries as needed.

UI Architect / Developer
1. A must have skills is Angular. NodeJs preferred but can be replaced with anything on server side scripting.
a. 70% work for this role in angular based. At architect role without server side scripting understanding doesn’t a right fit.
b. Someone who can take sound decision for overall interaction with backend.
c. There are components written in node (Control Manager and aith server) which we have intentions to align with UI architect.
d. Given Node is technology primary in java script (same as angular), generally we are seeing people who have earlier exposure or are confident to pick it with little learning. But we would not penalize anyone who is week in node, but champ in angular for this role.
2. Design , develop and maintain client facing web applications.
3. Cooperating with backend developers in the process of building REST APIs.
4. Should demonstrate deep understanding of the following:
· Design - HTML/CSS
· Frontend languages - Experience with Javascript and related frameworks - Angular(7/8/9), Angular Material, Bootstrap(or similar CSS frameworks), Node JS (preferred but not mandatory).
· Test frameworks - Mocha, Chai, Jasmine, Karma

This company is entire new but I have been working on my own project from last 8 years .
Well here our target is to finish at least 90 e-commerce websites a month .... as per the calculation one should be able to finish one site within 3 days ( mainly on woo commerce)
( we already have more work than we can finish for next 3 years) which makes us pretty stable as most of the new company .
So there are 2 categories of web designer we are looking for
- Salary range - 15k - 20 k (0-1 years experience)- Should be able to make a full responsive ecom ( woo commerce) website in 3 days
- Senior designer/ developer. - 25- 40k -Should be able to handle the team of 9 designer , -To make sure the checklist provided by client is met. -To make sure Deadlines to met for delivery .
P.s salaries entirely on the basis on ability to perform and existing knowledge.
