Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5 US IT and Non-IT Recruiters to meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to enhance recruiter productivity and quality of submissions.
  • Allocate job requirements across the team, balancing workloads to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Provide continuous guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and client communication.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the recruitment team.


2. Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for W2 candidates across multiple domains including IT (Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Analysts, Network Engineers, etc.) and Non-IT (Administrative, Finance, HR, Logistics, and Operations) roles.
  • Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and internal databases to source qualified candidates.
