Frontend Developer

Role Overview:

The Frontend Development Intern will help build and refine the UI components for CopilotGTM, especially focusing on interfaces for proposal generation and customer-facing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design and product teams to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Assist in developing UI components for proposal creation and sales tool integration.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve user experience.
• Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like React.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Familiarity with version control (Git).

Preferred:

• Experience with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Knowledge of backend APIs and integration workflows.

Job Description:

We are hiring Javascript developers to join our team in developing enterprise mobile applications. This person will work closely with the UX team, as well as, other engineering teams while developing applications and user interfaces.

Experience & Expertise:

• Highly skilled at front-end engineering using Object-Oriented JavaScript with at least 2+ years of extensive experience on Javascript libraries and micro frameworks
• Expertise on frameworks like , React JS, React Native, Redux, Typescript, etc is highly preferred
• Should have strong hands on mobile cross-platform application development
• Experience integrating user interfaces with middle-tier code and back-end data sources
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
• Must be able to work both on a team or individually, in an adaptable, agile environment
• Excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the user experience team to develop functional prototypes
• Work with development teams to implement user experience deliverables
• Contribute UI component code to a shared controls library and resource dictionary
• Participate in product definition and strategy development
• Collaborate with team members, developers, and third parties to ensure the integrity of the interaction is maintained throughout the project development life cycle
• Support quality assurance testing processes

Skills Required:

Ionic Framework, Angular 2, Redux, TypeScript, Cross platform, Micro frameworks, React JS, React Native,

• Write performant code using core Vue, Vuex, and Vue Router to create websites and web applications 
• Create tests for code written by yourself and other web developers, full-stack developers, and software engineers
• Integrate Vue into legacy projects
• Diagnose and fix bugs and other software defects in new and existing Vue applications
• Run code optimization tools and analyzers to spot and refactor inefficiencies to create highly performant code

• Bachelor’s degree or several years of experience in enterprise products, computer science, or other related fields
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and React JS, including the latest revisions of ECMAScript
• Good knowledge of the Vue.js framework and related components such as Vuex and Vue Router
• Experience with standard tools and services in JavaScript front-end development and software development, such as Git, JIRA, HTML5, Laravel, Angular, Node.js, and npm
• The ability to work as part of a team, taking ownership of individual components and following coding guidelines to create performant components that fit into more-comprehensive projects
• An understanding of advanced JavaScript concepts, such as dealing with asynchronous requests and dynamic content 
• Experience with integrating and maintaining external software libraries and APIs using a command-line interface and package managers

Experience :  Minimum 1 year to 2 years experience required.

Education: Any Engineering Graduate

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional experience in Information Technology field as Front End Developer
• Strong experience in HTML, CSS, Java Script, JQuery and Bootstrap
• Knowledge of formal methods and techniques in software development
• Experience / Knowledge in the following technologies/languages/libraries/frameworks:
• Exposure server side programming using Python / PHP / Java / C#
• Experience with Version Control Software (GIT)
• Ability to work independently and direct a team of any size (small to medium or large)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Design and code features for the website application as per the specifications provided by the Product and Design teams.
• Ship features in fast-moving agile sprints.
• Work closely with Backend, Product Design, and Product Management teams to brainstorm and chalk out details of features.
• Ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion

Must have:

• Good understanding of Javascript and Clean architecture.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming, callback, and closures.
• Strong experience with Javascript frontend framework/libraries like ReactJS
• Understanding of stateless application
• Good knowledge of CSS and its pre-processors like SASS/LESS
• Good understanding of server-side templates.
• Experience with creating cross-browser compatible web apps
• Should be Strong in MySql / Postgres database.
• Stronghold in Data structure and processing JSON

Good to have

• Basic knowledge of CI, CD
• Intermediate knowledge in any cloud services(AWS, GCP)
• Familiar with testing frameworks like Mocha, Cypress
