We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern Executive to support daily business operations and gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment. The intern will assist various departments, learn organizational processes, and contribute to ongoing projects under the guidance of senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist executives and team members with daily operational tasks
• Support documentation, data entry, and report preparation
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders when required
• Conduct basic research and data analysis
• Maintain records, files, and office databases
• Support HR, marketing, finance, or operations tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in any discipline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of business operations or administration
• Familiarity with email and office tools

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Involvement in the full software development life cycle within broadly defined parameters and

providing software solutions keeping into consideration, the software quality needs.

• Design and defining the interaction between the different component pieces.

• Write efficient code based on brief given by team lead.

• Fast prototyping of proof-of concept features / application based on brief.

• Develop and maintain new features on Java stack.

• Own the delivery of an entire piece of a system or application.

• Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments.

• Work closely with the peers and Leads to develop the best technical design and approach for new

product development.

• Build software solutions for complex problems.

• Compliance with build/release and configuration management process.

• Responsibility to develop unit test cases for his/her project module.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND THAT A CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE WHEN APPLYING FOR

POSITION

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

• B.E./ B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science, Electronics or a related field.

• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment

• Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems

• Experience with databases (Oracle / Postgre) and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks

• Ability to learn new languages and technologies

• Excellent communication skills

• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude

PREFERRED SKILLS

ADDITIONAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD BE CONSIDERED FAVORABLE FOR A CANDIDATE WHO IS

Position Overview

Oracle Apex Engineer with good experience building reports using the latest versions of Oracle Apex

and experience in Apex Upgrade. Should have a good working knowledge of Oracle

Applications(R12).

Skills

1-2 end to end implementation/development project

Strong detail, quality, and solution orientation

5+ years of experience designing and implementing technical solutions that are aligned with

business strategy

5 years of applications development experience with Oracle APEX, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL

5+ years of Oracle APEX experience

5+ years experience in Oracle Databases

5+ years experience using PL/SQL

5+ years of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST services

Oracle APEX 4.2 experience is a must and ability to Upgrade to higher versions

Ability to work on SQL performance issues

Ability to think critically and solve complex issues

Ability to work independently, while engaging the customer and providing information to the team

Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with internal and external teams

Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and meet deadlines

Experience adapting in a dynamic work environment

Experience working in a customer-focused environment

Ability to troubleshooting issue

Proficiency in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of

applications in Oracle Application Express (APEX).

Excellent conceptual knowledge of Oracle 11g.

Rich experience in writing SQL queries, Views, Materialized views, PL/SQL procedures, functions,

packages, triggers, cursors, collections, Ref cursor, cursor variables, System reference cursor,

Dynamic SQL.

Good knowledge of using PL/SQL Wrappers to protect the PL/SQL procedures and packages.

Responsibilities -

Good command in excel/Google sheets

Excellent in schedule maintenance.

Prepare internal and external reports

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and   conference facilities.
