About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for leading customer service processes (Flipkart Minutes and Uber Eats) at Mohali. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in customer support through chat and non-voice operations.

Compensation

Flipkart Minutes Process

• CTC up to ₹20,000 per month
• Approx. ₹16,400 in-hand salary

Uber Eats Process (International Non-Voice)

• CTC: ₹26,000 + ₹2,000 PLI (Performance Linked Incentive)
• Total CTC up to ₹28,000 per month
• Initial 3 months: Approx. ₹20,000 in-hand (PLI not applicable)
• After 3 months: Approx. ₹22,000–₹23,000 in-hand based on performance

Work Schedule

• 5–6 days working (depending on process)
• Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
• Day, evening, and rotational shifts
• No cab facility
• No leaves during the initial 3 months (Uber Eats process)

Assessment Requirements

• Versant Score: 3 or above
• Typing Test: 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
• AMCAT Assessment (Flipkart Minutes process)

Company Secretary also plays a definite role as a Business Advisory to the Board of Directors by guiding them incorporate laws; corporate governance; strategic management; project planning; capital markets & securities laws. In short; a Company Secretary works as an in-house legal expert and compliance officer with the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

·         Previous experience of working for listed companies is mandatory.
