We're hiring a Content Creator Intern at AM:PM.

AM:PM is short-form news for people who left the news behind. Every story gets two sides: The Take and The Flip. We're pre-launch and building our content engine from zero.

If you're always on your phone shooting, if a story breaks and you already have the video in your head, if you can shoot it, cut it, and post it before anyone else has finished talking about it, this is built for you.

You don't need years of experience. You need speed and instinct. We'll teach you the rest: how we tell a story in under 120 seconds, how The Take and The Flip work, how to make a video people actually finish.

What you'll be doing:

• Shooting content on your phone, fast, the moment a story breaks
• Turning a news idea into a finished vertical video the same day
• Editing your own edits, start to finish
• Posting across Instagram, YouTube, and X
• Working shoulder to shoulder with editorial to catch stories early

This is a full-time, in-office role in Mumbai (Andheri).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile QA engineers across multiple projects.
• Define test strategy, test plans, and test cases for Android and iOS applications.
• Develop and maintain mobile automation frameworks using Appium and Java.
• Execute manual and automated testing for native, hybrid, and mobile web applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and work closely with development teams for timely resolution.
• Review test artifacts, monitor test execution, and ensure quality standards are met before releases.
• Drive automation adoption and continuously improve QA processes and best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and release planning.
• Prepare test reports, quality metrics, and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in Software Testing with strong expertise in Mobile Testing.
• Hands-on experience in Appium, Java, and mobile automation frameworks.
• Strong experience in testing Android and iOS applications.
• Experience in API Testing using Postman or REST Assured.
• Knowledge of Selenium, TestNG, SQL, Git, Jenkins, and Jira.
• Experience with cloud device platforms such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Cucumber (BDD).
• Knowledge of Espresso and XCUITest.
• Performance testing using JMeter.
• Experience with Flutter or React Native application testing.
• Exposure to mobile security and accessibility testing.

• Design, plan and control the implementation of business solutions requests/demands.
• Execution of best practices, design, and codification, guiding the rest of the team in accordance with it.
• Gather the requirements and specifications to understand the client requirements in a detailed manner and translate the same into system requirements
• Drive complex technical projects from planning through execution
• Perform code review and manage technical debt
• Handling release deployments and production issues
• Coordinate stress tests, stability evaluations, and support for the concurrent processing of specific solutions
• Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews

• Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or in similar areas
• Minimum of 5+ years’ work experience in the similar roles
• Expert knowledge in developing cloud-based applications with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Rest, SpringJPA, and Spring Cloud
• Strong understanding of Azure Data Services
• Strong working knowledge of SQL Server, SQL Azure Database, No SQL, Data Modeling, Azure AD, ADFS, Identity & Access Management.
• Hands-on experience in ThingWorx platform (Application development, Mashups creation, Installation of ThingWorx and ThingWorx components)
• Strong knowledge of IoT Platform
• Development experience in Microservices Architectures best practices and, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience designing /maintaining/tuning high-performance code to ensure optimal performance
• Strong knowledge of web security practice
• Experience working in Agile Development
• Knowledge about Google CloudPlatform and Kubernetes
• Good understanding of Git, source control procedures, and feature branching
• Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)

1. Build pixel-perfect UIs across Android and iOS mobile platforms.
2. Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms. 
3. Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native. 
4. Developing and releasing complex, data-driven apps using React Native as the primary application framework. 
5. Proficiency writing Modern JavaScript, including ES6+, and JSX.
6. Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
7. Must be able to develop high-performance cross-platform apps using React-Native.
