Overview

The exciting opportunity has become available as a result of company growth and opportunities. The Technical Customer Service position will be working with a friendly professional team and the ideal candidate will provide technical support to clients located worldwide.

To provide training and support for clients who experience issues with equipment, compile clear guides for client and review data trends from the system, carry out root cause analysis when technical issues arise and provide necessary guidance to achieve resolution.

Supporting clients with their requests in relation to their Freespace products and solutions, carry out training sessions on products and analytics dashboard along with return to work solutions.

The Role

• Training clients on products, services, applications, maintenance & analytics dashboard
• Understand client requirements/issues & presents solutions as necessary
• To action ticket requests within Service Level Agreement & clearly articulate updates to clients
• Always looking at ways to improve internal systems and processes
• Prepare client quotes for additional services or products & issue invoices
• Review information and act upon findings
• To be involved in technical discussions in relation to Routers, Access Points, Wifi & Internet connectivity issues
• Interpret and manipulate data
• Prepare documentation to share with clients following site visit
• Facilitate client meetings, sharing information and training
• To understand the functionality of all the Freespace products to support client with their needs
• Carry out any reasonable ad-hoc requests

Working Hours

2: 30AM to 10:30AM IST – Monday to Friday

On call support (only for critical issues) – Alternate weekend

Qualification/skills

• Basic knowledge of PCs, Networking, Displays, Wireless
• Validating analytics data
• Discretion with confidential client information
• 3+ years customer service experience within a technical industry
• To have an interest in the build environment or architecture
• A Financial background is desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word is essential
• Excellent communication skills – presentation, written and verbal
• Ability to prioritise workload and problem solve
• Good research skills and attention to detail

Work Experience:

• Should have 8+ years of relevant experience from BPO background.
• In depth sales experience, with industry expertise and proven track record against getting good campaigns & generating revenue.
• Experience in transitioning campaigns on board (Inbound/Outbound) Lead Gen, Survey, and Sales.
• Should have in depth knowledge in negotiating/Quoting prices of different work models.

• 1 + yrs (Trouble shoot card level hardware issues related to Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Mobiles, Printers and other accessories)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Field Engineer is a role of on-site technical support, troubleshooting and support to corporate and retail clients.

• This role is critical for ensuring that the organization's end-users have great experience with brand representative.

• The field engineer will visit PUDO Centre twice in a day – to collect hardware part as per the calls for the day and in the evening to deposit back the collected part from the client to drop back to PUDO. Field engineer will be responsible for successfully closing the allocated calls for the day.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Dossier preparation, review submission in ACTD/ CTD/ Country Specific format for Product registration for local and export to ensure error free timely submissions as per marketing Dept. timeline.
2. To evaluate respond to any regulatory query, customer requirements that may arise from health authority so as to satisfy the query. Ensure accurate and timely responses to queries.
3. Review technical documents like process validation, AMV, Stability and composition etc, labeling, batch records, specification sheets or test methods for compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
4. To Co-ordinate / to visit with respective dept. in HO / Plant / ADL / R D for documents samples required for dossier / registration purpose. Co-ordination with API / PM vendors to resolve technical quires w.r.t. regulatory requirements.
5. Artwork Checking development for registration and commercial purpose as per regulatory requirement Ensure that all product artwork is updated when necessary and submitted in correct format and subsequent approved artwork is accurately recorded and communicated. Handling local FDA, DCGI and regulatory related activities.
6. Ensuring accurate recording and communication of regulatory submissions, correspondence with authorities and final approval to facilitate compliance.
7. Carrying out any task delegated by Export Manager which contributes to overall running of the Export Department and assisting Export Manager in marketing business development activities. Participate in training activities for career development to attain a high level of competency in all aspects of regulatory affairs.
