Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by handling various front desk responsibilities. This includes addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, collecting patient feedback, providing health insurance recommendations, and offering guidance on diagnoses.

Night Shift Only

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

  - Addressing and resolving customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.

  - Assisting patients with appointment scheduling and maintaining their availability records.

2. Appointment Management:

  - Efficiently coordinating and fixing appointments for doctors based on patient preferences and availability.

3. Feedback Collection:

  - Soliciting feedback from patients to continuously improve the quality of services provided.

4. Health Insurance Recommendation:

  - Offering guidance and recommendations on suitable health insurance options to patients.

5. Diagnosis Guidance:

  - Providing basic information and guidance to patients regarding their diagnoses and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls, emails, trip feedback, and send an initial response within the SLA’s.
• Document all information according to standard operating procedures
• Categorize the request/Label it according to SOP (Type and Criticality)
• Identify the RCA (Root cause analysis) and the action items and document it in the internal note. This will help in breaking the issue into smaller parts and understand the cause for it. Guidelines for identification of RCA are present in the SOP
• Follow up with the owner with the result of RCA to identify the action items.
• Respond back to the employee with the best possible solution.
• Monitor the resolution for a day (if required) and then close the ticket. 
• Quality check for every call will be done on a real time basis.

Key Responsibility and Work Profile:

• Generate leads for new business development and facilitating closure
• Calling assigned customers to fix appointment and present product solution
• Lead generation through Cold calling, emailing and Social connect.
• Following up with existing customers to up sell or cross sell.

Required Key Skills:

• Should LOVE sales and have flair for business development, networking
• Should be comfortable with Cold calling
• Very strong presence and activity on LinkedIn
• Effective email marketing and written communication.
• High preference for candidates having an existing client network of Sales and Marketing head or CEO/Director/Owners.
• Persuasive oral communication with good command of English and Hindi added preference for knowing more language.
