About the Role:

Responsibilities

Ensuring smooth implementation, execution of projects and immediate support to users of product Training clients about all the features of the product to ensure the maximum utility and value add with timely ticket resolution and adhering to SLA Compliance Collaborating with various clients on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to resolve their queries in terms of all aspects of the product Maintaining the data sanctity on CRM and keeping all the stakeholders updated Single-handed responsibility of NPS, product adoption, change management and certification of users Communicating relevant business information, providing structured feedback to senior management and making product suggestions internally Monitoring service levels and acting as a point of contact for all complex problems, resolving the on-ground issues effectively and efficiently

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Statistics or related field 0-2 years of experience in client operations with working knowledge of enterprise SaaS products Expert in using cloud softwares such as Google Analytics, Ticketing Management. Design a multi-tier data pipeline to feed data into applications for building a full-featured analytics environment. Develop high-quality code to support the platform's technical architecture and design. Participate and contribute to an effective software development lifecycle using Scrum and Agile. Intuitive. Cloud is seeking a high-performing, energetic person to help lead various Agile Scrum teams through Project Management. The Agile Delivery Team is responsible for major enterprise platforms that are critical to the success of Intuitive. This position not only manages large/small scale projects but will also be responsible for making sure a Scrum team lives by the values and practices of Scrum.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Socialize and execute Intuitive Digital/Cloud transformation/Data platform strategy & provide technology support to our customers
• Build Strong Customer Relationship framework, Create and maintain technical project plans outlining tasks, delivery dates and allocation of resource es aligned to statements of work (SOW's)
• Plan, manage, and execute variety of cloud deployment, Networking, Infrastructure, Application Development/deployment, Virtualization, or IT systems development projects.
