Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Manager who can own, lead, and strengthen the entire Finance function at BXI. The role involves analysing platform-driven financial trends, optimising vendor management, and driving insights from both online and offline transactions to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire Finance vertical including accounting, reporting, compliance, and analysis.
• Analyse platform financial data, trading patterns, revenue trends, and cost behaviour to provide actionable insights.
• Track, evaluate, and optimise vendor financial performance across the marketplace.
• Oversee offline barter transactions, revenue recognition, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Build financial dashboards to monitor KPIs, cash flow, margins, receivables, and payables.
• Ensure timely preparation of MIS, P&L, balance sheets, and other financial statements.
• Implement strong financial controls, SOPs, and internal processes for smooth business operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Marketplace teams to forecast growth, manage budgets, and support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies for compliance and statutory requirements.
• Identify financial risks, gaps, and opportunities to help scale the business sustainably.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in Finance Management, preferably in startups, marketplaces, or tech-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, MIS reporting, and data-driven analysis.
• Experience handling vendor accounts, reconciliations, and transaction-heavy workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial tools, and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/others).
• Deep knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliances.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into business insights.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a cross-functional finance setup.

Job description

As a Mid-Level Python Developer, you will:

• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
•  Work with project managers and product owners to meet specification needs.
• Recommend software upgrades to optimize operational efficiency.
• Deliver scalable and responsive software using TypeScript and Python.
•  Collaborate with other developers to design and optimize code.
• Create flowcharts and user guides for new and existing programs.

•  A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields

In this role, you will be responsible for coding/implementing of custom marketing applications that Tech COE builds for its customer and managing a small team of developers.

What your day job looks like:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on data usage – extraction, manipulation, and inputs for analytics

Basic Qualification:

• 3+ years designing excellent digital products for a cross-functional team; ideally with 2+ years focused on Mobile UX/UI
• A track record of advocacy for the customer and applying user research insights to your design
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

Skills:

• Ideally familiar with most or all of the following: Conceptual design, user research, wireframing, UI prototyping, detailed design, usability testing, and implementation.
• Experience with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, etc...)
• Excellent communication and the ability to convince stakeholders to buy into your Concepts
• An understanding of business that is equal to your understanding of product owner needs
