The Marketplace Specialist will oversee the entire operational activities of our online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, and others. The position requires a dynamic, results-oriented individual who can handle a fast-paced environment and react quickly to changes in the industry. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of eCommerce trends and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management: Maintain and manage inventory records ensuring timely order fulfillment. Monitor and replenish inventory to avoid out-of-stock situations particularly with critical SKUs.
2. Account Coordination: Work closely with account category managers, incorporating and executing their recommendations.
3. Performance Tracking: Monitor monthly and quarterly growth numbers across all platforms and maintain records for the same. Conduct sales analysis and generate regular performance reports.
4. Listing Management: Oversee individual and bulk product listings, ensuring accurate and timely updates of product data, specifications, images, pricing, and discounts.
5. Promotional Activities: Keep a close watch on promotional activities across all marketplaces, ensuring our products remain competitive and visible.
6. Financial Coordination: Prepare and share stock sheets with online parties, and diligently follow up on payments.
7. Pricing Strategy: Maintain price parity across various channels to ensure consistency and competitive pricing.
8. Advertising Campaigns: Design, implement, manage, and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
9. Market Research: Understand and research target audience behaviors and preferences to inform strategic decisions.
10. Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research for product optimization and improved visibility on the platforms.
11. Bid Management: Carry out bid optimizations and manage bidding strategies to maximize return on advertising spend
