Engineering Lead(Fullstack)
It is a venture-backed (two global mega VC funds) social commerce enabler that is helping DTC brands succeed by harnessing the power of consumer networks. Our mission is to decentralize marketing away from low-trust channels such as FB, Google, and large influencers toward the high-trust social networks of everyday consumers.

Founding Engineer:
As a Founding Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching our product to customers. Specifically,
● Since our team is lean and we plan to keep it that way - you’ll be one of the first five engineers in leading the zero-to-one journey of a product our customers are hungry for
● Lead technical design and implementation of the frontend and backend of the product with coaching and mentorship from world-class technical architects
● Have knowledge of (or learn) how to work with Shopify’s CLI
● Iterate quickly to create delightful user experiences, working closely with
customers/ design partners
● Help us hire a world-class engineering team in the months ahead
● Our team is currently fully remote (with offices to be opened in Bangalore and Mumbai over next few months) and cross-border across San Francisco, Boston, and India - help us cultivate a remote-first, inclusive, diverse, and friendly culture
● Work directly with the founders with an ownership mindset

Skills and Experience:
● Prior experience working with backend tech stacks (e.g. Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, Django, Laravel)
● Experience with service service-oriented architecture, writing REST APIs, unit testing, and architectural design
● Understanding of modern web stacks and architecture (HTTP, REST, GraphQL, WebSockets)
● Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and other technologies (e.g. Mysql,Redis, Kafka)
● Prior experience working with frontend tech stacks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js)
● Prior experience working with frontend UI frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership of critical integrations by MuleSoft mostly with contact-center solution.
• Provide MuleSoft technical expertise and leadership when evaluating and designing integration solutions ensuring all components and subsystems impacted are properly addressed during builds and deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teammates to implement integration solution.
• Troubleshoot MuleSoft/API technical issues as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in building scalable, highly available, distributed solutions and services
• 1+ years of experience in middleware technologies: Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), most preferably with MuleSoft CloudHub and Orchestration, Routing and Transformation
• 3+ years of experience working with Java
• Experience in RESTful API architectures, specifications and implementations
• Working knowledge of progressive development processes like scrum, XP, Kanban, TDD, BDD and continuous delivery
• Concept understanding on Google Cloud platforms is a major plus

Required Skills :

- Should have 3-8 years in .Net programming using .Net MVC or .Net Core.

- Must have hands-on experience with C# programming including .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and ADO.NET.

- Strong OOPS concepts and Unit Testing experience is a must.

- Experience on React.js is added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities: Technical Consultant  Be able to achieve understanding of Seclore products and gain expertise  Responsible for technical implementation and upgrade of Seclore product  Responsible for handling technical conversations with client’s IT team  Responsible for understanding and learning the new concepts that customer will introduce you to  Understand the processes at customer end as far as technical implementation is concerned.  Understanding and documenting the customer infrastructure  Perform testing of new features before upgrading in the production environment  Handle multiple technical deployments at the same time with varying degrees of complexities  Work with the support and engineering team with assorted expertise  Multitasks and works well in a fast-paced environment  Train users in IT systems Trainer  Work with leadership and internal teams to understand requirements / expectations and objectives  Acquire knowledge on Seclore solutions, underlying technologies and market drivers in order to develop the appropriate training  Design course curriculum to meet training objectives for the targeted audiences  Develop training programs, selecting the appropriate training method to meet learning objectives and to suit the intended audience  Team up with the appropriate internal or external resources for production of self-paced training or video training  Produce and publish training schedules  Deliver training using the most appropriate training technique  As required, coordinate with subject matter experts to augment the delivery of training  Test participants on the knowledge that was imparted and share feedback with the appropriate leaders in the organization  Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.  Observe and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
