-Calling domestic customers who are looking for business-related software in different verticals.

-Gathering their requirements and giving them proper consultation about the software.

-Understanding prospect's requirements and qualifying the leads under correct categories.

-Dialing on all the leads received on categories that are assigned without fail. 

Requirement :

-The candidate should be fluent in the English language.

-Should have at least 1 year of experience in the international or domestic calling process.

-Should have good communication skills.

Job Description :

• The Primary Task Of A BPO Executive Is To Handle Calls From Customers Or Clients And Provide Them With A Solution To Their Queries • She Must Show The Willingness To Learn New Things Every Time And Then • Giving A Resolution To The Customers Or Clients Should Be The Whole And Sole Responsibility.

Note : Night Shift 
           Time : 6:30PM - 4:30AM

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using right methods/tools
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Keep records of customer interactions
• Making calls on Decline Users and understanding the reason behind it
• Converting of Decline users to business.
• Generating leads for the business via online or offline mode
• Making more people aware about the product
• Reaching out to customers and make them Register and avail the loan.
• Expanding the business by Marketing and Branding
• Making 200 + connected calls everyday

Job Functions / Responsibilities:

• Find technical resolutions on issues or queries related to unknown or new scenarios
• Meet cases resolution SLA"s
• Manage relationships with clients
• Work with cross-functional teams as and when required
• Keep up to date with all eCW products and their enhancements
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction level
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Proficient with relational databases (MySql, MsSql)
• Knowledge / Experience with Java or C++ (OOPs Concepts)
• Experience with Internet Protocols, HTTP / HTTPs
• Default ports for HTTP / FTP / MYSQL etc
• Experience with Web Application Server(s)
• Understanding of 3 -Tier / N-Tier Architecture
• Knowledge of SQL Server 
• Basic Knowledge of Network Concepts (VPN, Telnet, Ping, Protocols)

Other Skills / Abilities: 

• Telephone etiquette
• Fluency in English Communication.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• The Pre-Authorization Specialist is a member of the Pre-Authorization Department who is responsible for verifying eligibility, obtaining insurance benefits, and ensuring pre-certification, authorization, and referral requirements are met prior to the delivery of inpatient, outpatient, and ancillary services.
• This individual determines which patient services have third-party payer requirements and is responsible for obtaining the necessary authorizations for care.
• The Pre-Authorization Specialist provides detailed and timely communication to both payers and clinical partners in order to facilitate compliance with payer contractual requirements and is responsible for documenting the appropriate information in the patient's record.
