About the Role

Risosu Consulting is hiring a Lead Data Architect / Crew Manager for one of our global clients in the Cloud, Data & AI space. This role focuses on designing scalable data architectures and driving AI-led transformation across modern cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design data strategies, architectures, and scalable cloud solutions
• Build and optimize data pipelines, data lakes, and warehouses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable AI/ML use cases
• Lead client engagements and translate business needs into data solutions
• Mentor and manage a team of consultants as a Crew Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture / Engineering
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Experience with data modeling, ETL, and data governance
• Exposure to tools like BigQuery, dbt, Airbyte, or Power BI
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using best practices and modern frameworks.

• Integrate and manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.

• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to support scalable and robust applications.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker to automate deployment processes.

• Monitor and troubleshoot application performance, defect triaging, and reliability issues, providing timely support and resolution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and AWS services to continuously improve our technology stack.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5-7 years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

• Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.

• Experience with Spring Boot and other Java frameworks.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Generation by pitching eCommerce Consultancy Services and Solutions to prospective Clients.

2. Pitching about VOILA business through calls, f2f meetings or virtual connects.

3. Customer Relationship Management throughout the life cycle

4. Ability to classify leads and smart lead filtering acumen

5. Coordinate with other teams for effective & smooth process flow.

6. Maintain the sales pipeline and take continuous follow ups throughout the sales process.

7. Build good rapport with the clients and take feedback to increase customer satisfaction.

Business Development Executive Requirements:

•            Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

•            Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

•            Strong communication and Soft Skills.

•            Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

•            Excellent organizational skills.

•            Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

•            Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

At least 3 years' experience as a Node.js developer.

Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.

Mandatory experience in MongoDB and MySql.

Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.

Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
