About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead DevOps Engineer. Key Responsibilities:

Security: Ensure the infrastructure adheres to security best practices, including vulnerability assessments and incident response processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to align DevOps strategies with project goals.
Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and train a team of DevOps engineers to foster growth and technical expertise.
Incident Management: Oversee production system reliability, including root cause analysis and performance tuning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
Strong proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Advanced knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Expertise in IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Github Actions or CircleCI.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Experience:
4 years + of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

We store multibillion files and multiple petabytes of data. We observe more than 11K API requests per second on average. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Design, build and maintain self-hosted and cloud environments to serve our own applications and services.

• Knowledge and experience about deployment and maintenance of Java and Python apps using application and web servers (Tomcat, Nginx, etc.).
• Ability to solve complex problems with simple, elegant and clean code.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and related technologies.

In this role, you will primarily focus on working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and contribute to building generative AI applications. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement machine learning models: Utilize your expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge models, with a particular emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs). Requirements:

- Provide hands on technical support and post-mortem root cause analysis using ITIL standards of Incident Management, Service Request fulfillment, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Problem Management.
- Actively address and work on user and system tickets in the Service Now ticketing application. Create and implement change tickets for enhancements, new monitoring, and assisting development groups.
- Create, test, and implement Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) for current and new applications.
- Build up technical subject matter expertise on the applications being supported including business flows, application architecture, and hardware configuration. Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and runbooks.
- Conduct real time monitoring to ensure application OLA/SLAs are achieved and maximum application availability (up time) using an array of monitoring tools.
- Assist in the process to approve application code releases change tickets as well as tasks assigned to the support team to perform and validate the associated implementation plan.
- Approach support with a proactive attitude, desire to seek root cause, in-depth analysis and triage, and strive to reduce inefficiencies and manual efforts.
