JD:- Responsible to manage/support all the current IT applications including websites. - Design and architect of new changes to discuss with our IT team for new product enhancement, the impact analysis and then discuss the design of it. - Keep in mind to make the design very user friendly and it should be very easily understandable to end-users. - Scalability, security and performance of our platform. - Work closely with the Management and set both short- and long-term technical goals. - Managing Project scope and change requests (CR) - Guiding the team in defining technical architecture of their projects, including working with them to finalize the DB schema. - Planning and allocating work with the team. - Leading and participating in meetings at the operational and project level, and providing continuous feedback on project status and track the progress of milestones.- Manage high priority tasks, enhancements and/or bugs related to assigned projects.- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.- Should have good Knowledge of Server and AWS Console.- Build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.- Should be able to perform code analysing and reading exercises of projects.Essential Skills :- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors and Masters In computer science. - Expert level PHP, OOPs, Laravel and Cake PHP framework, MVC, Design Patterns and MySQL. - Expert-level DB design and Optimizing MySQL Queries and databases to improve the performance.- Feels comfortable using XHTML, XML, HTML5, CSS3, SaSS, jQuery, Ajax, Angular, mod-rewriting. - Have experience with REST API, JSON, SOAP, Node and any ETL tool is a plus. - Expert-level Server management and AWS Console. - Proactive, goal-oriented, reliable and should have a self-structured way of working. - Experience working in a team development setting, using source code control - Experience with both front end and back end development Experience in the following areas.- Experience with developing reporting interfaces (charts, data grids, filters, exporting)
