Creative Content Writer - B2B/B2C

Description:

Our clients have stories that need telling, we’re looking for storytellers who weave the right narrative for them. Are you comfortable telling stories of social impact, societal change, industrial evolution, and technological innovation? Are you well-versed with corporate communication, writing content for B2B marketing and sales, and enterprise content marketing? Candidate shall be responsible for:

• Relationship management focusing on acquiring and nurturing mid-sized & large Corporates.

• Own the overall sales strategy on lead management, team & targets for your region focusing profitability and market share.

• Strong network across C-level executives of large & mid-sized corporates. • Build the overall sales playbook, training and recruit a sales team to grow quickly across the region.

Requirements

Qualification: MBA (Finance / Marketing) or equivalent degree from Tier I & II campus.

Experience: 6 to 10 years of exp in General Insurance Broking / Sales mainly into relationship management.

What your typical day looks like

Develop product ideas into working prototypes based on the problems faced by customers.

• Break down features into smaller deliverables and implement solutions in a way your module is scalable and can be integrated with other services with little effort.

What we expect from you

Strong Programmer with hands-on experience in building products for 2 - 4 years.

• Proficient in either Node.js, Javascript, TypeScript or Python. We have a desktop app built on Electron, a bunch of Web apps on React and backend services on Flask / Falcon.
• Knowledge in managing AWS/Azure/GCP/ any cloud resources. We self host our Redis database (Yeah! Redis is a database), use S3 and CDN aggressively and a bunch of EC2s and a load balancer for processing data.
• Work on multiple technologies and apps. As a founding Engineer, we expect you to contribute across multiple apps and services.
