Overview:

The Senior Operations Executive plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the organization. He/she is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning across various departments, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager and collaborate with department heads to achieve organizational goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Planning:  

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. 

Process Optimization:  

• Analyse existing operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement. 
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. 
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:  

• Collaborate with various departments to understand their support needs. 
• Address any operational issues that may arise and work towards resolution. 

Technology Integration: 

• Identify and evaluate new technologies or tools that can improve operational processes. 
• Oversee the implementation of new systems and ensure proper training for the team. 

Budget Management:  

• Assist in the development and management of the operations support budget. 
• Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible. 

Managing Operational teams:  

• Managing functional teams like technical operations, Legal, Business operations, etc, and reviewing daily/monthly planning and goals. 

Vendor Management:  

• Identify and evaluate potential vendors for operational support services. 
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms for the organization. 
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery. 

Qualifications: 

• Must have:
• Engineering (Software/IT/Computer) +2 years of work experience + MBA (Operations/ Business Management) +3 years of experience 
• Certification in project management or operations management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma). 
• Proficiency in MS Tools, JIRA, Atlassian, Confluence, MIRO (or any similar tool) 
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Proficiency in project management tools and software. 
• Sound knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

What You’ll Do:

● Engage and nurture new customer relationships.

● Align solutions to the customer’s goals, needs and objectives.

● Develop strong rapport with a pipeline of new business customers through inbound customer engagement.

● Leverage all top of funnel customer demographic information to craft a relevant customer centric demonstration of the HighLevel platform that drives maximum trial conversion.

● Learn, understand, and be able to articulate the Value Proposition of the HighLevel platform to impact conversion to trial metrics.

● Conduct consultative trial engagements for HighLevel’s sales process via phone, SMS, email, and ticketed support driving them to the best trial for their business.

● Collaborate with customers, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts to identify compelling solutions.

● Work efficiently in a team setting on projects to successful completion.

● Exercise judgment in developing and implementing methods and techniques to obtain desired results following industry best practices.

● Deliver right-sized technology solutions/services within the allocated budget.

● Provide technical support to customers, if needed.

● Develop technical documentation in order to optimize demo environments.

● Support business development and marketing initiatives by meeting with customers and prospective customers, attending industry events, and giving presentations.

● Complete other duties as required/assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

● Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent SaaS Experience is strongly preferred.

● 2-4 Years of previous customer service experience in a relevant capacity, preferably in Customer Success or Tech Support.

● A strong technical aptitude to help our users succeed with the HighLevel software.

● Experience working with and or ability to learn the use of various CRM Systems.

● Working Knowledge of the following applications is strongly preferred. Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media.

● Working Knowledge of topics such as Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO.

● Demonstrated experience to learn quickly and apply new technologies to solve problems.

● Ability to develop and maintain deep knowledge of customers, data, business, and markets.

● Demonstrated ability to communicate well with colleagues and customers, both written and oral.

Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Post Silicon Validation Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for validating and analyzing the performance of SOC level environments. Your primary duties will include functional and compliance testing, characterization across power, performance, and thermal parameters, as well as data collection and analysis for PVT analysis, SNR, harmonic distortions, dynamic range, and data rates. Additionally, you will be involved in debugging silicon failures to optimize the overall system performance.

Candidate Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

• Strong exposure to validation methodologies and analysis techniques
• Proven experience in SOC level environment bring up
• Expertise in functional and compliance testing
• Experience with data collection and analysis for PVT analysis, SNR, harmonic distortions, dynamic range, and data rates
• Ability to debug silicon failures and optimize system performance

Required Skills:

In order to succeed in this role, you should have the following skills:

• Proficiency in C and Python programming languages
• Familiarity with NI LabVIEW, TestStand, and Actor-framework
• Experience in developing test plans and integrating serial communication protocols
• Ability to automate lab instruments using SCPI commands with GPIB controllers
• Experience in developing test cases and drivers
• Knowledge of tools such as Infiinium Test Compliance Application, Lauterbach T32 Trace32, DMM, FG, DSO, Temp C, Digital Multimeter, Function Generator, Digital Storage Oscilloscope, and National Instruments PXI – DAQ
