Project Manager - Tech

As Head of Marketing, you will own the overall marketing strategy and execution for GoFloaters across India (and future markets). This is a player-coach role: you will both design strategy and personally roll up your sleeves to run campaigns, experiment with new channels, and build systems that can scale.

You will be responsible for driving:

• Demand generation and pipeline for sales
• Brand awareness and category leadership in flexible workspaces
• Growth across self-serve and assisted channels (web, WhatsApp, partnerships, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

• Own the marketing charter: Define and execute the marketing roadmap aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Build and lead a lean, high-output team across content, performance, design, and partnerships (in-house + freelancers/agencies).
• Build GoFloaters as a thought leader in flexible work, office leasing, and workspace advisory.

AI-First, Experiment-Driven Growth

• Design and run continuous experiments across channels (SEO, paid, social, email, WhatsApp, product-led growth, referrals).
• Use AI tools extensively to research markets, generate content, ideate creatives, and analyze performance.
• Build and maintain experimentation frameworks: hypotheses, test design, measurement, learning documentation, and iteration.

Hands-on Campaign Execution

• Personally create and launch campaigns across channels:
• Performance: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting.
• Organic: SEO, blog, landing pages, community, LinkedIn.
• Lifecycle: email/WhatsApp nurture, onboarding flows, reactivation.
• Work closely with sales and operations to align campaigns with real customer needs and on-the-ground feedback.
• Own messaging, positioning, and storytelling for key GTM motions (new cities, new products, new segments like SMBs, startups, enterprises).

Brand & Content

• Own GoFloaters’ narrative: why we exist, who we serve, and how we are different.
• Build a content engine: articles, case studies, comparison guides, videos, carousels, webinars, and playbooks for founders and office decision-makers.
• Use AI copilots to rapidly generate, repurpose, and localize content while maintaining a strong brand voice.

Data, Tooling & Operations

• Set up and manage the marketing stack (analytics, CRM, automation, attribution, experiment tracking).
• Define and report on key metrics: CAC, LTV, lead quality, conversion rates by channel, funnel performance, and campaign ROI.
• Implement AI-driven workflows for lead scoring, segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business units, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. The HRBP will work closely with leadership and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. This role involves supporting and implementing HR initiatives including performance management, organizational development, change management, and workforce planning.

Roles & Responsibilities – Application Engineer/Business

Development Manager

Work with Product Managers and customers to determine business

needs and solutions.

Address customer queries and issues in a timely manner.

Trouble shooting and resolving issues faced by end users

Problem Solving and Root cause analysis

Provide post-sales support to customers as needed.

Communicate customer feedback to design team in order to make

appropriate changes in product design.

Conduct internal application trials for verification and qualification of

product.

Interact with marketing team to maintain a high level of consumer

awareness of product.

Prepare training and marketing presentations for customers and sales

personnel.

Visit key customers to support specific design problems or

competitive situations.

Evaluate new software products and provide defect and enhancement

reports.

Assist in modifying existing product to improve system performance.

Maintain comprehensive tutorials to assist product team in designing

and development of new products.

Maintain clear and accurate documentations of problem solutions.

 Experience in Companies related to Passive components,

Automation, Industrial Segment

Edu Qualification: B. E/Diploma – ECE / EEE

Minimum 7-12 Years of Core Java Programming with Collections Framework, Concurrent Programming, Multi-threading (Good knowledge in Executor service, Forkjoin pool and other threading concepts)

·        Good knowledge of the JVM with an understanding of performance and memory optimization.

·        Extensive and expert programming experience in JAVA programming language (strong OO skills preferred).

·        Excellent knowledge on collections like, Array List, Vector, LinkedList, Hashmap, HashTable, HashSet is mandate.

·        Exercised exemplary development practices including design specification, coding standards, unit testing, and code-reviews.

·        Expert level understanding of Object Oriented Concepts and Data Structures

·        Good experience in Database (Sybase, Oracle or SQL Server) like indexing (clustered, non clustered), hashing, segmenting, data types like clob / blob, views (materialized), replication, constraints,            functions, triggers, procedures etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development: Build responsive, modern, and engaging user interfaces using React.js, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
• Backend Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs, manage databases, and handle business logic using Node.js and Express.js.
• Database Management: Build and manage MongoDB databases, including schema design, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, performant web portals.
• Performance Optimization: Implement best practices for performance tuning, scalability, and reliability across both frontend and backend.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices, and conduct code reviews for your peers.
• Testing and Debugging: Write unit and integration tests, and debug issues to ensure stability, security, and quality in production.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in full-stack web development using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), along with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with state management in React (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, asynchronous programming, and Node.js server-side development.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and integrating databases with Node.js.
• Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment, with a focus on continuous delivery and iterative improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with additional frontend technologies such as TypeScript, GraphQL, or Next.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and scalability best practices.
• Understanding of DevOps processes, containerization, and microservices architecture.
