Overview

As the Head of Web3 Fundraising & Investor Relations, you will be responsible for:

✔ Leading capital-raising efforts for Antier’s Web3 initiatives and client projects.

✔ Developing & maintaining relationships with VCs, DAOs, angel investors, and institutional players.

✔ Managing investor due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations.

✔ Crafting compelling investment pitches, fundraising decks, and financial models.

✔ Driving investment strategies aligned with Web3, DeFi, and blockchain market trends.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Identify and engage with venture capital firms, DAOs, angel investors, hedge funds, and institutional investors.
• Lead capital-raising strategies for Antier’s Web3 projects and client ventures.
• Oversee fundraising campaigns, including private token sales, equity rounds, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of investors interested in Web3, blockchain, and digital assets.

2. Investment Strategy & Deal Structuring

• Oversee investment negotiations, including tokenomics, revenue models, equity/token splits, and strategic funding agreements.
• Conduct investor due diligence and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure investment deals and safeguard investor interests.

3. Pitch Decks & Financial Modeling

• Create persuasive pitch decks, financial projections, and investment memos for fundraising efforts.
• Develop data-driven reports to showcase project viability, market traction, and competitive advantage.
• Prepare monthly investor reports to update stakeholders on business progress and funding milestones.

4. Web3 & Blockchain Market Expansion

• Stay ahead of emerging investment trends in blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, metaverse, and Web3 infrastructure.
• Advise executive leadership on strategic investment opportunities and market positioning.
• Explore and drive new revenue models, including staking, liquidity pools, and token-based fundraising.

Key Qualifications & Experience

Must-Have:

✅ 8-12+ years in venture capital, investment banking, private equity, or blockchain fundraising.

✅ Proven track record in raising capital from VCs, DAOs, or institutional investors.

✅ Deep knowledge of Web3, blockchain, DeFi, and crypto investment strategies.

✅ Strong financial modeling, due diligence, and investor relations experience.

✅ Excellent negotiation and deal-structuring skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in tokenomics, private token sales, and crypto-native fundraising mechanisms.
• Existing network with crypto-native VCs, blockchain funds, DAOs, and Web3 investors.
• Exposure to startup fundraising strategies, token incentive models, and community-led investments.
• Prior experience in Web3 venture-building, hedge funds, or family office investment management.

Incumbent with the relevant experience of 2+ years as a SharePoint Developer with the given skills below:

• Understanding of MS cloud services.
• Experience in developing applications for SharePoint Online, and Office 365. Proficient in building custom solutions on SharePoint Online.
• Experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), ReactJS, and Typescript.
• Experience in power platforms like Power Automate & Power BI.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-premise.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and JQuery.
• Familiarity with SharePoint "Out of the Box" features.
• An understanding of SharePoint Designer, workflows, and Powershell script.
• High-level coding skills
• Knowledge of migration from on-premise to O365 migration

• Ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the value proposition. 
• Provides technical support, configuration, and administration of Citrix environment 
• Develops processes, procedures, and technical documentation for management of Citrix environment

• Consulting with application owners to install and tune their applications 
• Provides technical support, configuration, and administration of Windows Server as required 
• Assists with architectural design to improve reliability, performance, and efficiencies

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP and OSI model 
• Experience in Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop and XenServer technologies.

• A strong understanding of leading manufactures routing and switching architecture; and experience with storage and virtualization products from leading manufactures. 

Job profile: Product Manager

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. 

Responsibilities:

• Create business models and analyse competitive landscape.
• Develop and monitor data-driven analytics.
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
• Work with the lead product manager, key stakeholders and a cross-functional team to assist with new product releases, including product launch deliverables.
• Work with sales and partners to strengthen offerings.
• Define the product requirements and manage aspects of the offering roadmap.
• Develop and coordinate enablement assets for sales and partners.
• Work with industry analysts, partners, and customers to gather and validate market requirements, understand pain points, address RFEs, and evangelizing the product roadmap and vision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting.
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.

• Write creative JDs and post/advertise them on various job portals.
• Review and understand technical job requirement and screen the candidates accordingly
• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms.
• Research new technologies
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant's’ abilities
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
• Follow up with candidates

Skills and Experience:

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter (3+yrs)
• Knowledge on the technical know how, to screen the candidate initially.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
