**Job Title:** Flutter Developer (Mid-Senior Level)

**Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring the highest quality and performance.

2. Collaborate with the design and product teams to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and intuitive mobile applications.

3. Architect and implement new features, functionalities, and enhancements in Flutter-based applications.

4. Optimize and debug applications to ensure they run smoothly on various devices and screen sizes.

5. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app development, particularly in the Flutter ecosystem.

7. Contribute to the development and maintenance of coding standards and best practices within the team.

8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

**Requirements:**

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2. Proven experience as a mobile app developer, with at least 3 years of experience in Flutter development.

3. Strong understanding of the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.

4. Experience with state management solutions in Flutter, such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.

5. Proficiency in mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

6. Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

7. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

9. A strong portfolio of previous Flutter projects is a plus.

**Additional Skills (Preferred, but not required):**

- Experience with other mobile development frameworks (e.g., Android or iOS).

- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Experience with Firebase or other cloud-based technologies.

We typically build and deploy applications as cloud-native Kubernetes microservices and integrate with scalable technologies such as Kafka in Docker container environments. Required Experience:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology and Management, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Have experience working and strong understanding of object-oriented programing and cloud technologies
• End to end experience delivering production ready code with Java8, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and API libraries
• Strong experience with unit and integration testing of the Spring Boot APIs.
• Strong understanding and production experience of RESTful API's and microservice architecture.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases and NoSQL databases and experience with writing abstraction layers to communicate with the databases.

Nice to have's (but not required):

• Exposure to Kotlin or other JVM programming languages
• Strong understanding and production experience working with Docker container environments
