Job Title: Power Automate Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Power Automate Developer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of process automation, business workflows, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and other third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate (Flow).
• Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerApps, and third-party APIs.
• Gather requirements and work closely with business teams to understand and optimize business processes.
• Create and manage custom connectors, triggers, and actions in Power Automate.
• Monitor and troubleshoot workflows to ensure smooth execution and error handling.
• Work with PowerApps, Power BI, and other tools in the Microsoft Power Platform suite as needed.
• Create technical documentation and provide end-user training/support as necessary.
• Ensure automation solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience working with Power Automate / Microsoft Flow.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (O365) ecosystem and tools like SharePoint Online, Outlook, Excel, Teams.
• Experience in integrating Power Automate with third-party systems using APIs, HTTP connectors, and JSON.
• Good understanding of workflow logic, triggers, conditions, loops, and expressions in Power Automate.
• Experience in PowerApps development is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell, or VB) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-400).
• Experience with Dataverse, SQL Server, Azure Logic Apps, or Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software as per customer requirements.

2) Update and revise drawings as per design changes.

3) Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of drawings and documentation.

4) Maintain proper drawing records, version control, and file organization.

5) Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with manufacturing standards.

6) Support senior draughtsmen or engineers in day-to-day design and documentation tasks.

Job Title: Tech Lead – E-Commerce Platform Development

Location: Mumbai (Onsite)

Experience: 5–7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical architecture, development, and deployment of E-commerce websites and applications.
• Oversee development team performance, code quality, and sprint deliveries.
• Collaborate with business and project teams to define scalable and high-performance solutions.
• Integrate third-party APIs (payments, logistics, CRM, marketing tools, etc.).
• Drive platform optimizations – site speed, SEO, analytics, and automation.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance user experience and operations.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, data security, and documentation practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues swiftly.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer / Tech Lead in E-commerce or D2C platforms.
• Expertise in Shopify and similar E-commerce stacks.
• Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and cloud hosting (AWS / GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and API integrations.

JD –

Having experience in Implementing Integration Solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Service.

Developed integration between SaaS application (Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud HCM) and between SaaS and PaaS application

Should have worked extensively on minimum 3-4 Technology Adapters like File, Database, Oracle ERP & FTP adapter

Should have excellent skill in Web Service technologies such as XML, XPath, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, and XSD

Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle from gathering requirements to documentation, testing, implementation and support Ability to troubleshoot technical and configuration issues

Should be able to communicate effectively with the functional & technical groups and various technical team members.

Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including Technical specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews

• Collaborate with internal teams to define user interface requirements
• Combine various colors, shapes and typography fonts to improve user experience
