Job Description:

We are seeking a Tableau Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our Core Analytics team. The candidate will work on large-scale BI projects using Tableau and related tools.

Must Have:

• Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop and Server, including add-ons like Data and Server Management.
• Ability to interpret business requirements, build wireframes, and finalize KPIs, calculations, and designs.
• Participate in design discussions to implement best practices for dashboards and reports.
• Build scalable BI and Analytics products based on feedback while adhering to best practices.
• Propose multiple solutions for a given problem, leveraging toolset functionality.
• Optimize data sources and dashboards while ensuring business requirements are met.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and program teams for timely delivery of dashboards and reports.
• Provide suggestions and take feedback to deliver future-ready dashboards.
• Peer review team members’ dashboards, offering constructive feedback to improve overall design.
• Proficient in SQL, UI/UX practices, and alation, with an understanding of good data models for reporting.
• Mentor less experienced team members.

We are a stealth startup (founded by IIT-IIM alums) building a niche gamified parental community and market place for parents of children aged 0-12 years. We are looking for a CTO/Co-founder who has significant consumer facing app build experience (4+ years app building, 6-7 years overall experience) with comfort around React Native, Java, Node JS, Mango DB etc. Tech leaders from Hyderabad would be given preference (not necessary).

We are looking for an SEO Executive to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research. You’ll also oversee paid search campaigns to ensure their success.

Roles & Responsibilities –

·        Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.

·        Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.

·        Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.

·        Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy.

·        Direct off-page optimization projects.

·        Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects.

·        Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns.

·        Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends.

Requirements –

·        Proven experience as SEO EXECUTIVE, SEM EXECUTIVE or similar role.

·        2+ years of proven experience in relevant field.

·        Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.

·        Excellent communication skills.

·        Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, system architects, and product managers, to define software requirements and specifications for embedded systems.

·        Design and develop efficient, reliable, and scalable embedded software solutions that meet the defined requirements.

·        Write, test, and debug code in programming languages commonly used for embedded systems, such as C, C++, and assembly language.

·        Interface with hardware components, such as sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C,CAN etc.).

·        Develop and implement device drivers, firmware, and low-level software to control hardware peripherals.

·        Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.

·        Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing of the embedded software.

·        Analyse and optimize system performance, memory usage, and power consumption.

·        Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and resolve software defects.

·        Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to embedded systems and software development.

·        Document software design, code, and test procedures for internal and external use.

·        Provide technical support to other teams during product integration, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

·        Proven experience in embedded software development, including designing, coding, testing, and debugging.

·        Proficiency in programming languages such as C and C++.

·        Familiarity with Embedded C, 32-bit microcontroller,16-bit microcontroller hardware interfaces.

·        Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and multi-threaded programming.

·        Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex hardware-software interactions.

·        Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

·        Familiarity with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet) is desirable.

·        Knowledge of security considerations in embedded systems is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Become an expert in our technology and platforms
• Provide top-tier, highly skilled and attentive support to our consumer app teams.
• Perform production support, troubleshooting and maintenance tasks with a focus on quality and timeliness
• Work with the Implementations and Delivery Teams on defect resolution and solution delivery
• As an active member of the backend team you would utilize and promote best practices and standards
• You’ll develop new technical skills and gain industry knowledge
• You’ll provide occasional “after-hours” incident response and support
• Maintain software to integrate with internal back-end systems
• Build tools to reduce occurence of errors and improve customer experience
• Manage system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Required skills and qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience supporting Web and Backend based application software and environments preferred

• Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally

• Experience with version management systems like GIT, Subversion

• Knowledge on Payment gateways (Razorpay, Juspay)

• Experience with web application servers, basic idea on AWS and Azure

• Databases (SQL and NoSQL) and SQL query language.

• Good understanding of Networking principles.

• An understanding and background with Object Oriented Programming languages

• Required Full stack development knowledge.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or relevant field

Responsibilities

• Candidate must have demonstrated experience of migrating solutions to the Azure cloud platform
• Assess, analyze  current infrastructure footprint (compute, storage, network) and complete requirement gathering (HW, SW) to move individual applications to Cloud
• Complete high level and low level design for cloud infrastructure, databases and other required components.
• Build and deploy infrastructure in cloud
• Migrate OS, Database and application from on-premise to Cloud
• Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create application modernization roadmap and architect solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability of new projects and successful deployments, orchestrating key resources and infusing key application development and DevOps technologies (e.g. App Service, containers, serverless, cloud native, Java/node.js, DevOps and OSS tools)
• Connect with Client  team to remove key blockers

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 Azure certification (Administrator, Developer or Architect)
• Must have 5+ experience in Cloud and Data center migration project as solution architect
• Must have in-depth understanding of compute, storage, network components including backup, monitoring and DR environment requirements
• Experience and understanding of large-scale applications portfolio in enterprise-wide environment (including migration of on-premise workloads to the cloud) required;
• Deep domain expertise of cloud application development solutions (e.g. IaaS, Serverless, API Management), container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry), continuous integration technologies (e.g. Jenkins, Spinnaker, Azure for DevOps, Chef, Puppet), web application server technologies, cloud application design, software architecture and practices (design/development/deployment, Agile, SCRUM, ALM), breadth of technical experience, and technical aptitude to learn and adjust to new technologies and cloud trends required;
• Experience and understanding of large-scale application development projects (including key coding skills and practices) required;

Responsibilities:

• Candidate will implement automation solutions on Azure using open source tools and technologies (e.g. Ansible, Jenkins, Chef) in any of the following technology tiers/products:
• Unix/Linux
• Microsoft Windows Server
• Oracle Database
• Middleware (IBM WebSphere, JBoss)
• VMware
• Candidate must have demonstrated experience of migrating solutions to the Azure cloud platform
• Candidate will provide expert level of automation solution support.
• Perform as primary Systems Administrator in a large enterprise environment.
• Perform Patch management tasks to include: maintaining current knowledge of available patches, deciding what patches are appropriate for particular systems, ensuring that patches are installed properly, testing systems after installation, and documenting all associated procedures
• Test new releases of products to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.
• Recommend and implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system including installing, upgrading/patching, monitoring, problem resolution, and configuration management.
• Develop, document, and automate technical processes and procedures as needed.
• Adhere to strict Information Systems security guidelines in all cases. 

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 Azure certification (Administrator, Developer or Architect)
• Must have experience with one or more open source tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Yamal, Parker, etc.).
• Hands on experience with change automation and orchestration.
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g. Perl, Python, Bash, Ruby, etc.)
• Hand on experience with troubleshooting and diagnoses of hardware and software problems.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software in a large-scale enterprise environment.
