Position: Field HR

Location: Pune 

Experience Required: : 6 Month–1 Years.

Qualification: Graduate 

Immediate Joiner Preferred

Handles bulk hiring, campus recruitment, and labour camp workforce management across multiple locations.  

Roles and Responsibilities - 

• Manage bulk hiring for frontline roles (F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Utility, Front Office)
• Drive campus recruitment through college coordination, campus drives, and selection management
• Handle onboarding, documentation, and recruitment tracking
• Oversee labour camps across Pan India, including deployment and issue resolution
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives
• Execute and monitor the activity calendar for restaurant operations
• Liaise with NGOs and external channels for bulk hiring of blue-collar workforce

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in HR
• 2–5 years of experience in hospitality/retail/facility HR
• Experience in bulk hiring, campus drives, and field HR
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Only male candidate required

IBM Maximo,SAP IAM,Infor EAM

Job Responsibilities will include:

- Overall experience of 5-10 years

- Strong Functional knowledge in Enterprise Asset Management/ Work Management

- Hands on experience in IBM Maximo or SAP IAM or Infor EAM and its integration with supporting systems

- Experience in Utilities industry clients (Electricity or Gas or Water)

- Experience in Supply Chain Domain will be a plus

- Full time regular MBA

- A bachelor's degree in Engineering
