We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to grow our IT staffing and staff augmentation business by acquiring new clients, managing accounts, and driving revenue through contract and permanent staffing solutions.

1. Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for IT staffing and staff augmentation services
2. Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely closures
3. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing (MSA/SOW)

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases. 
• Experience with graph-based databases like GraphQL and Neo4j.

Position – Customer Service Executive

As the Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer satisfaction. An outstanding customer service executive should possess a proven record of accomplishment of successful customer service and management skills. Duties & Responsibilities
