EAM/WM Consultant

Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient Java codebase for our ad-serving platform.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to

understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

 Design and implement new features and functionalities in the ad-serving system, focusing on performance

optimization and reliability.

 Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in the ad server environment, providing timely resolutions to ensure

uninterrupted service.

 Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding best practices to maintain code quality

and consistency across the platform.

 Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in ad serving and digital advertising, and integrate

relevant innovations into our platform.

 Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain the ad-serving platform in a cloud- based environment.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and estimate development

efforts for new projects and features.

 Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning and

improvement within the development team.

 Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for production issues as needed, ensuring maximum uptime

and reliability of the ad-serving platform.

Responsibilities:

• Build the foundation of our supply side (enterprise) product from scratch. Maintain high standards of pixel perfect Ui’s and efficient User Experiences. 
• Our Supply Side ecosystem involves a plethora of products such as Catalog Management, Analytics Dashboard, Orders Processing, Finance Reconciliation, Notification centres etc. Develop a deep understanding of the mentioned use cases and build the systems for scale.
• Coordinate with Product managers, Product Designers & Backend Developers and outline sprints and tasks on a weekly basis.
• Conduct Comprehensive Unit tests before passing features to QAs. This requires a good top level understanding of backend infrastructure.
• Maintain High level of Code Quality and constantly optimize for performance and user experience.
• Be Collaborative. Self reliant and always keep pushing the limits of your knowledge.

Job Description

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UX designs
• Build reusable/hygiene code and customize libraries/tools for future use
• Develop best user interaction and easy navigating features
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability, coordinating the same with design team to ensure the required files are in-place
• Ensure that all user input is validated using scripts
• Perform cross-browser testing before staging the platform to the backend integration
• Final functionality of the applications to be ensured after backend integration
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Job Specifications

• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Development experience on latest Angular versions is a must.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git or Bitbucket
• Familiarity with tools such as as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus
• 2-6 years of experience in the domain of UI Development
• Tech (preferable)
