-Able to take the Extreme Ownership of modules/product/projects
-Can handle calls with the client & customer to know their feedback
-Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.

- Maintain product roadmap, release schedules, and architectural standards that ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Manage, Mentor, and coach a team of 6 -9 front-end engineers
- Build fast and efficient next-generation web applications
- Implement new features and optimize existing ones
- Collaborate with Designers to iterate on the design
- Work closely with Backend Engineers to integrate APIs and other services
- Find and address performance issues
- Identify and communicate front-end best practices
- Desire to learn and mentor the new joiners with the latest framework like svelte, vue etc

We are looking out for Flutter Developers who will be running and designing product application features across various cross platform devices. We are looking out for someone who has experience using Flutter widgets that can be plugged together, customized and deployed anywhere. You should be passionate about writing code, and taking up full ownership of app development.

Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience :

Minimum 1 year experience in Flutter or Andriod App Development.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with one of the top frontend frameworks - React (preferred)/ Angular / Vue
• Solid understanding of modern CSS methodologies like SCSS, SASS
• Exposure to latest developments in UI development like PWA, Single Page Apps, Hybrid Apps, Responsive web design etc
• Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, HTTP 2, Socket Connections
• Deep understanding of Javascript topics including the V8 Engine, Async, Memory Management, Duplex Communication.
• Experienced in Unit / Integration / Visual Testing.
• Ability to develop pixel-perfect web pages from designs
• Prior startup experience is a plus

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of Angular and its components.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Good project management skills.

Requirements:

• Experience should be at least 3 Years
• Should be good in UI
• Should be proficient in Typescript, React Native and React Js
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
• Good interpersonal skills.
