• Strong UX Design Leadership Profile
• Mandatory (Experience) : Must have 10+ YOE in UX / Experience Design with significant exposure to leading large-scale design projects and teams (Can consider 8+ YOE for candidates from Top Products with fast career growth)
• Mandatory (Experience 2) : Must have hands-on experience across the end-to-end UX lifecycle (research → ideation → design → testing → delivery → optimization)
• Mandatory (Skill 1) : Must have strong expertise in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions
• Mandatory (Skill 2) : Must have strong understanding of UX methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile, Lean UX, Design Sprints)
• Mandatory (Skill 3) : Must have experience in designing complex user journeys, interactions, and scalable digital experiences

• 5+ years of proven experience in Android application development.
• Deep understanding of the Android framework.
• A strong background implementing MVVM architecture in Android applications.
• Familiarity with third-party libraries such as RxJava, Dagger and Retrofit.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose a plus.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs with Android applications.
• Comfortable working in a team environment following the Agile methodology.
• Understands Android UX and works closely with the design team to ensure UI designs are aligned with the current Android UI guidelines.
• Proficient in writing Kotlin code for all new development, with experience in working in Java.

About the Frontend Engineer role

Responsibilities (not exhaustive)

• Lead core development efforts for our front-end applications, ensuring high-quality code that is performant, scalable, secure and maintainable.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to understand user needs and translate them into exceptional user interfaces (UI).
• Partner with the design team to achieve pixel-perfect implementation while maintaining and evolving our design systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable JavaScript with a focus on performance optimization and scalability.
• Champion the use of modern build tools like Vite to streamline development workflows.
