Responsibilities:

As a Senior UX Designer, you would be responsible to drive the UX process to deliver high-quality software/product designs and coordinate with the other UX and UI designers to see these designs come to life.

The role involves extensive interaction with the customers to understand their needs and pain points and to be able to show empathy and build designs that exceed the needs.

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed functional requirements for new features, system enhancements, and regulatory changes.
• Work closely with development teams to validate LOANIQ configurations, test workflows, and review technical designs.
• Lead or support UAT, coordinate with QA teams, and ensure sign-off from business stakeholders.
• Conduct gap analysis and suggest best practices using LOANIQ's capabilities to improve loan operations.
• Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, process flow diagrams, and user stories aligned with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Support LOANIQ implementation, upgrades, and version migrations.
• Conduct training, prepare user guides, and provide post-go-live support.

-Providing tax planning and reviewing complex 1065 tax returns of Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, Fund of Funds, and similar complex structures.

 i) Form 1065, Schedules K-1, K-2, K-3,

Job Responsibilities

✓ Perform the role of Technical Lead on assigned projects to drive solution design (especially backend) and API services development.
