Job Description: Creative Designer (with Basic SEO Knowledge)

Location: Bhanwar Kuwa, Indore

Working Hours: 10:30 AM IST – 7:30 PM IST

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Creative Designer who can conceptualize and create engaging visual content for both . The ideal candidate combines creativity with technical expertise in graphic design, video creation and motion graphics, bringing brand stories to life across digital platforms. A basic understanding of SEO to ensure visuals are optimized for online platforms.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing and content teams to design social media creatives, posters, reels, and promotional videos that strengthen brand identity, drive engagement, and support marketing objectives. They should have prior experience collaborating within a team environment and coordinating directly with clients to understand requirements, present ideas, and deliver designs that align with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Design & Branding: Design visually appealing posters, banners, social media creatives, stories, and ads. Maintain brand consistency and ensure all visuals follow the established style guide.

- Video & Reels Creation: Conceptualize, edit, and produce reels, short videos, and motion graphics for social media and campaigns, ensuring alignment with trends and audience engagement.

- Campaign & Marketing Collateral: Develop digital creatives for marketing campaigns, promotions, emailers, and advertisements.

- SEO Integration (Basic): Optimize image naming, alt-text, and metadata in line with SEO best practices.

- Creative Innovation: Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and digital marketing techniques.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and web teams to ensure all deliverables align with brand strategy and timelines.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Creative Designer in a digital or marketing environment.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere Pro), Figma, and Canva.

- Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, posters, and video work.

- Ability to manage multiple design projects according to timeline. 

- Strong sense of typography, color balance, and visual storytelling.

- Basic understanding of SEO principles and how design elements support online visibility.

- Experience in motion graphics or animation.
