• Strong Project Management (PMO) Profile
• Mandatory (Experience) – Must have a minimum 3+ YOE in Project Management/PMO-related roles.
• Mandatory (Skills 1) – Must have hands-on experience in setting up Project Management standards, processes, and governance.
• Mandatory (Skills 2) – Must have experience of managing project status, risks, budgets, deviations, and defect tracking
• Mandatory (Skills 3) – Must have experience in Project Planning & Scheduling using tools such as MS Project Planning and Advanced Excel
• Mandatory (Skills 4) – Must have experience in developing dashboards and reports for management and stakeholders
• Mandatory (Skills 5) – Must have experience in participating in Scrum calls and Agile ceremonies
• Mandatory (Qualification) – Must hold a Bachelor’s degree
• Mandatory (Note 1) - We are not looking for Project Managers. The requirement is specifically for PMO professionals who have worked on setting up PMO processes, standards, and governance.
• Mandatory (Note 2) - Considering candidates from South India only

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design marketing creatives for social media, websites, emailers, and WhatsApp campaigns
2. Create offline collaterals including posters, brochures, flyers, standees, and presentations
3. Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print assets
4. Translate marketing briefs into clear, effective visual concepts
5. Adapt creatives for multiple formats, platforms, and campaign requirements
6. Manage parallel design requests while meeting timelines

Must Have's

1. 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience
2. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
3. Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory

Position – Shift Manager 

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Managing retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf-life management. 
• Driving store-level, corporate, and bulk-order sales. 
• Managing store assets and equipment. 
• Checking FIFO (First In First Out) & monthly inventory for Item stock and raw material. 
• Supporting Store Manager to minimize the product expiration. 
• Check sales cash, float and petty cash with denomination & update Store Manager.  
• Team grooming to be maintained as per company standard. 
• Executing and maintaining in-store visual merchandising. 
• Resolving customer concerns in a diplomatic manner.  

Qualifications & Skill Requirements 

• Graduate Degree in any specialization. A MBA or Diploma in retail management is preferred. 
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury retail, food retail, or hospitality. 
• Excellent customer handling skills and communication. 
• Must be well organized and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement. 
• An uncompromising focus on execution with a no-nonsense attitude towards goals and delivery.  

Reporting Manager: Store Manager 

• Perform complex and varied applications support. Build, maintain & modify within a large environment;
• Identify issues, evaluate possible solutions, and make recommendations on the most appropriate action
• Design, build, test, and document solution-specific information and perform related work as required.
• Demonstrate functional knowledge in relevant clinical applications (OE-PCS-PHA-EDM-ITS-RAD-LAB-MIC-BBK-PTH)
• Demonstrate functional knowledge in Clinical Documentation
• Must have hands-on build and troubleshooting experience
• Must be able to quickly identify and resolve complex system issues
• Must be able to build using technical specifications.

Basic Qualifications:

• Implementation and support experience within a MEDITECH Environment
• Bachelors Degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Communication, Marketing related field or equivalent and relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change management,
• Working knowledge of Agile, Product and Project methodologies

JOB DESCRIPTION

• 2 to 6 years of experience in imparting technical training/ mentoring  
• Must have very strong concepts of Data Analytics
• Must have hands-on and training experience on Python, Advanced Python, R programming, SAS and machine learning
• Must have good knowledge of SQL and Advanced SQL

• UG: Any Graduate in IT/Computer Science, B.Tech/B.E. – IT/ Computers
• PG: MCA/MS/MSC – Computer Science
• Any Graduate/ Post graduate, provided they are certified in similar courses
