About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist / Full Stack Developer with strong experience in .NET Core, API integrations, and modern front-end development. The ideal candidate will build and integrate scalable web and mobile applications, manage end-to-end delivery, and ensure smooth data exchange across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs using .NET Core / C#.
• Build and integrate REST and SOAP-based services (JSON, XML, OAuth2, JWT, API Key).
• Implement file-based integrations (Flat file, CSV, Excel, XML, JSON) and manage FTP/SFTP transfers.
• Work with databases such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and SQLite — including writing queries, stored procedures, and using ADO.NET.
• Handle data serialization/deserialization using Newtonsoft.Json or System.Text.Json.
• Implement robust error handling and logging with Serilog, NLog, or log4net.
• Automate and schedule processes using Quartz.NET, Hangfire, or Windows Task Scheduler.
• Manage version control and CI/CD pipelines via Git and Azure DevOps.
• Develop front-end interfaces with React and React Native ensuring responsive, modular UI.
• Implement offline-first functionality for mobile apps (sync logic, caching, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams or independently handle full project ownership.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to enhance productivity.
• Apply integration best practices including middleware, API gateways, and optionally message queues (MSMQ, RabbitMQ).
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance in all deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with mobile deployment workflows and app store publishing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Node.Js, Angular, AWS, MongoDB or Postgres OR MySQL.
• Strong experience with MEAN stack development.
• Proficiency in SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDb).
• Solid understanding of AWS services for application hosting and scaling.

• Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers preferences
• Perform a valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
• Provide competitive analysis on various companys market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
• Collecting data on customers, competitors and marketplace and consolidating information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts
• Develop industry-specific, vertical-level nuances as the function matures
• Actively develop domain expertise, leveraging subject matter experts, and external sources
• Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
• Managing existing clients, responding to them on calls, email and visits.
• Follow up on collections for overdue invoices
• Checking the internal orders, supply management and resolving quality issues if any
• Development of new business, filling new tenders and follow up on prospective Business
• Collecting market information
• Timely escalation of matters to top management for timely resolution.
• Submission of MIS Reports

• Thorough understanding of React Native and its core principles- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Experience in React Js, Javascript, Ruby on Rails (preferred)- Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript (ES6 & ES5 )- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Working knowledge of git for version control- Understanding of Unix tools
• A user-centric mentality for building products

Roles and responsibilities:

•  Proficient in SQL, NoSQL, relational database design and methods for efficiently retrieving data 
•  Experience building complex and non-interactive systems batch, distributed, etc.
•  Be responsible for the technical design and experience in guiding/mentoring others.
•  Strong OOPS knowledge, including experience with design patterns
•  Experience with relational databases like MySQL/Oracle
•  Experience with enterprise application servers like Tomcat/Weblogic/Websphere.
•  Exposure to Web Services SOAP and RESTFUL
•  Exposure to Agile/Scrum, TDD, and Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, Bamboo etc.
•  Excellent analytical aptitude and problem solving skills.
•  Excellent communication and customer interfacing skill

Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be responsible to work on CMS like WordPress, Woocommerce
• Candidate have to provide estimation for the provided tasks, create necessary technical documents required
• Candidate have to do communication with the client for any kind of project related discussion
• Candidate will report directly to the technical head

Requirements:

• Should have strong skills with PHP-MySQL
• Must have the 2+ years of experience working in WordPress
• Should able to create custom themes in WordPress
• Should be able to create custom plugins in WordPress
• Should have created few sites in WordPress only
• Strong knowledge on Database
• Experience working on AJAX & jQuery
• Experience in customizing the plugins
• Good Communication Skills

Senior Manager – LeadSquared Apps Marketplace

Apps Marketplace

To serve multiple industries and geographies, it is critical to have a strong integration and product extension strategy to meet specific customer needs. That is where our apps marketplace comes in, which currently has about 30 apps solving various micro-integration or functionality extension needs. With the kind of growth we are seeing, we need to build many more apps, and more importantly bring in partners who can seamlessly build and integrate their apps in our marketplace.

The Role

We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual to lead our Apps Marketplace effort:

• Build a team and drive the effort of building and maintaining strategic apps (ones which need to be inhouse) such as cloud telephony integration, SMS, email integration and Google/Facebook ads.
• Work with our platform group to ensure the apps marketplace framework is partner ready, and it is easy to add new apps
• Educate and collaborate with potential dev partners so they can contribute to LeadSquared apps marketplace

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate would have experience of designing, building, testing and releasing several cloud-based business applications, end-to-end.  Experience of leading small teams, strong sense of ownership, working collaboratively with different teams and expertise in setting up strong engineering process are critical.  Other requirements include:

• 6+ full-stack experience in building cloud-based web applications using any of .NET/Java/Python/PHP/Node.js. Some experience in C# and ASP.NET important
• Solid understanding of architecture, design, development, test and release of web applications, REST APIs and application integrations
• Experience in working on AWS with good understanding of various managed services
• Proven experience of project planning, estimation and execution
• Strong knowledge of build and release process
