Job Title: Creative Designer

· What You’ll Do
o Design marketing and brand assets across digital, print, and outdoor platforms.
o Create visuals for social media, performance marketing, CRM, partnerships, and events.
o Design BTL materials — flyers, banners, car wraps, standees, posters, and event booths.
o Develop B2B marketing materials such as pitch decks, partnership guides, co-branded campaigns, and presentation templates.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to design and update landing pages, campaign microsites, and promotional sections using Webflow.
o Create responsive and visually engaging Webflow layouts, animations, and brand pages that support campaign objectives.
o Work closely with the growth, content, and partnerships teams to ensure a consistent brand look and feel across all touchpoints.
o Stay updated on design trends, ad formats, and creative storytelling to push Zofeur’s visual identity forward.
· What You’ll Bring
o 2–4 years of experience in marketing or brand design (agency or startup preferred).
o Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
o Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Webflow — from landing page setup to visual animations.
o Experience designing for both digital and print.
o Excellent grasp of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
o A creative eye, attention to detail, and a strong sense of brand consistency.
o A portfolio that highlights marketing campaigns, brand systems, and multi-channel design work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create visual designs for a variety of digital and print marketing materials, including websites, social media, brochures, banners, and advertisements.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create compelling designs to communicate the brand’s message effectively.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your design work.
- Provide creative direction and oversight on digital, print, and video graphic projects.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure that designs meet quality and brand standards.
- Revise and update existing designs to meet changing customer preferences and marketing goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiar with other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, typography, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
