We are looking for a creative and execution-focused UI/UX & Graphic Designer who
can handle both product design and marketing creatives. The role involves designing
user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications along with creating visually
appealing marketing materials based on internal direction.
Key Responsibilities
Design UI screens for web portal (dashboard-based applications)
Design mobile application interfaces
Create marketing creatives such as:
o Flyers
o Social media posts
o Banners
Design pitch decks and business presentations
Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and materials
Work closely with internal teams to understand requirements and execute
designs efficiently
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
Strong understanding of:
o Layout and spacing
o Typography
o Modern UI design principles
Hands-on experience in:
o Web application (dashboard/portal) design
o Mobile UI design
Ability to create both:
o Product UI
o Marketing creatives Basic understanding of:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create visual designs for a variety of digital and print marketing materials, including websites, social media, brochures, banners, and advertisements.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create compelling designs to communicate the brand’s message effectively.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your design work.
- Provide creative direction and oversight on digital, print, and video graphic projects.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure that designs meet quality and brand standards.
- Revise and update existing designs to meet changing customer preferences and marketing goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiar with other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, typography, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
