About the Role

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Company Secretary professionals to join our Compliance & Secretarial team. This role is ideal for candidates pursuing their CS course who wish to gain hands-on exposure to company law, compliance, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in company law compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Draft and file ROC forms (MGT, AOC, PAS, DIR, SH, etc.).
• Prepare Board and General Meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.
• Support in annual filings, maintenance of statutory registers, and secretarial records.
• Assist in incorporation of companies, LLPs, and other entities.
• Handle share allotments, transfers, and related compliance.
• Assist in preparation of Board Reports and Annual Returns.
• Research and ensure compliance with SEBI, FEMA, RBI, and other corporate laws (as applicable).
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and stakeholders for documentation and compliance.
• Support the senior CS/compliance team in advisory, due diligence, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and implement internal communication and employee engagement programs aligned with company objectives.
• Support stakeholders including Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, L&D, Compliance, and Management teams with communication and design requirements.
• Design, implement, and conduct service line orientations for new joiners.
• Handle employee communication through Focus Group sessions, Meet the Leader sessions, and drive timely execution of action plans.
• Facilitate Fun Committees and periodic engagement activities.
• Conceptualize and execute the employee engagement strategy through surveys, events, and recognition programs.
• Ensure all communications are brand compliant and meet organizational standards.
• Drive engagement on internal social media platforms to increase visibility of initiatives.
• Administer counseling, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Compliance team.
• Prepare and present various business reports as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HRBP, preferably in large-scale, fast-paced environments.
• Awareness of key HR metrics like attrition, shrinkage, WFM, etc.
• Strong experience in event management, including planning and executing large-scale events.
• Ability to use technology and digital media to enhance communication effectiveness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Publisher, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Live Meeting).
• High energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills with an approachable style.
• Strong judgment, patience, and tact in challenging situations.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Mandatory Criteria :

• Candidate must have minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resource Management as a DM or Manager, including team management experience and fluent communication skills.
• Candidate must have handled at least 1300 employee headcount.
• Candidate must be at Manager or Deputy Manager level currently (Assistant Manager designation will not be considered).
• Need candidates from BPO, KPO, or BPM industry only.
• Candidate must have strong expertise in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas, MIS reporting etc.)
• Candidate must be comfortable working in evening/UK shifts (5:30 PM – 3:00 AM).
• Candidate should have experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance and conducting new joiner orientations.

Note: There are 2 vacancies for this role – one for the Night Shift (5:30 PM – 3:00 AM) and one for the Mid-Day+ Night shift both (11:30 AM – 9:00 PM) at different locations in Noida.

Qualification & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Programming, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputed institute
• +3 years of experience in handling multiple projects is preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

• 1-2 years of experience in QA performing one or more aspects like functional testing, black-box testing, performance testing, stress & load testing, integration testing, automated testing etc.
• Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
• Prepare test cases, test scripts and test data.
• Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
• Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.
• Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
• Execute tests (manual / automated).
• Analyze test results and track software testing metrics.
• Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design and development team.
• Good team working and critical thinking skills.

Technical Skills:

• Have 2 years experience in Black Box Testing and hands-on experience in  "Selenium " or other same black box testing tools.
• Experience with common database technologies including SQL, NoSQL
• Experience with scripting in a data engineering context (Python experience a plus)
• A good working knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies .
