A skilled Node.js Developer with 2–3 years of experience in building scalable applications using event-driven architecture within distributed systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in high-performance backend services and have a strong understanding of asynchronous programming patterns.

Experience or exposure to knowledge embedding and vectorization techniques is a strong plus, especially in the context of modern data-driven or AI-powered systems.

Must have skills:

• Hands on expertise in OOJS, node.js, distributed systems.
• Hands on experience using RabbitMQ, Kafka / Redis and PostgreSQL.
• Event drive architecture (EDA) microservices project experience MUST
• Any programming: Typescript or nodeJS or Golang.
• Hands on experience using docket containers and Kubernetes.
• Aware about Asynchronous and Loose Coupling.
• Familiar with API’s gateway and microservice design patterns.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and non-blocking I/O.
• Experience working with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
• Build and optimize scalable, event-driven systems in distributed environments.
• Implement asynchronous workflows, message queues, and pub/sub architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver backend solutions.

Good to Have:

• Experience with knowledge embedding and vectorization techniques.
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Job Requirements

Technical Requirements

•   Experience working within Agile development environments.
•   Experience with Node.js, PHP, Laravel, React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
•   Experience with Redux, Redux Saga
•   OAuth and JWT Tokens experience is a plus.
•   Experience with the Next.js and Nest.js framework is a plus.
• Advanced Laravel Experience (Middleware, Collections, Policies, and Service Containers).
•   Experience with unit testing (PHP Unit).
•   Experience with MySQL profiling and query optimization.
•   Solid working experience building RESTful APIs.
•   Active experience integrating custom code with 3rd party web services.
•   Hands-on experience with tools such as Git and Jira.
•   Experience working in the AWS (Amazon Web Services) ecosystem.

 Job Duties

•   Work with a team of developers, BA, PM, QA, etc. to execute strategies and implement solutions to build quality business software applications.

•   Develop front-end and back-end components for large data-driven applications.
•   Review features requests, provide feedback, and develop/maintain features for web applications. 
•   Document your development process and development components. 
•   Work with other developers to complete tasks and share ideas.

• Solid understanding of IP network and TCP/IP
• Minimum of 7+ years’ work experience in IT
• Minimum of 4+ years experience as DevOps Enginneer
• Good interpersonal skills and communication written and oral.

Experience: (4-6 years) Mid-senior level. 

A user experience designer role is required for the overall solution interface design that is built by multidisciplinary teams in India and UK and used globally.  

The person 

• 4+ years of experience in a design role with demonstrated success. 
• Can think from product design to interaction design and graphic design understanding user psychology. A mix of both product management and UX design abilities. 
• Prototyping skills to make high fidelity interactive wireframes using Adobe XD, Sketch or similar tools. Experience in making data visualizations. Ability to conduct user research, understand stakeholder requirements and create UX strategy for the product.  
• Ability to develop design guides, set standards and drive rational and satisfying experiences.  Thinks through various scenarios, user flows and states of a product. 
• Makes sure the interface is intuitive/self-evident and has necessary visual cues to get users started.
