Job Role: HR Intern - Talent Acquisition

Experience Level: Fresher

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site).

Requirements we seek:

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Familiarity with fundamental HR concepts (Prior experience in the same domain is a plus).

Work Responsibilities:

● Talent Acquisition: End-to-end lateral hiring (Creative and Technical Roles).

● Sourcing: Creating a talent pipeline and employing various sourcing strategies.

● Stakeholder Management: Establishing strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements, align on job specifications, and continuously improve the recruitment process based on feedback.

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. Chartered Accountant / MBA with 2 to 5 years’ of experience in Finance or related field.

2. General computer skills with specific knowledge of Windows-based applications.

3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market research.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Prepared various report as required under IBC Prepared various statements & accounts like CIRP Cost Sheet Made financial and cash forecasting along with working capital Assessment.

Prepared Preliminary Report, Progress Report Admission and Verification of Claims.

Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisition targets, including financial statements, market trends, and valuation models.

Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for senior management, outlining the key findings, recommendations, and financial impact of proposed acquisitions.

Assist in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy and investment criteria.

• As a Customer Success Executive, you will partner closely with the Director of Customer Success, Implementation and Onboarding team and product team to ensure our customers realise the maximum value from their investment.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with our domestic and global customers with the support of the team to coordinate operational tasks.
• This is a highly collaborative role, which requires excellent organization, clear communication and a passion for using data to drive successful partnerships.

Desired Skills

• Any graduate/masters/engineering in computer science who is ambitious, energetic, and highly motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• -2 years of relevant experience in B2B customer facing roles.
• Knowledge of the SaaS ecosystem (good to have).
• Good communication skills, problem solving skills, solution oriented, logical thinking, analytical thinking, highly organized and active, proactive and learning ability will be highly desired.
• Account management and client relationship skills is preferred.

Job Description:

Distacart is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining infrastructure, tests, and automation for our e-commerce platform.

Qualifications.

1.     B. Tech /B.E/ M.Tech with CS/IT with 60% Mandate.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain test automation infrastructure and frameworks.
2. Develop and execute manual and automated tests to ensure the quality of our e-commerce platform.
3. Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify potential issues.
4. Participate in code reviews to ensure that quality standards are met.
5. Investigate, reproduce, and report defects in a timely manner.
6. Continuously improve our testing processes and practices.

Requirements:

1. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
2. Experience in building test infra to support automation
3. Experience in building mobile browsing test infra using selenium browser stack/ lambda test/ jenkins.
4. Strong programming skills, preferably in Python
5. Experience with Selenium or similar web automation tools
6. Familiarity with RESTful web services and API testing
7. Experience with Git and continuous integration tools
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
9. Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
10. Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
