Job Title: Taleo Techno Functional Consultant

Primary Module: Taleo Recruiting

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Taleo Techno Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Taleo Recruiting, configuration, integrations, and automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in TCC scripting, OLF structure, Dynamic Approval Routing, onboarding transitions, and security configurations across Taleo modules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Configuration & Integration

• Develop and manage TCC (Taleo Connect Client) scripts.
• Configure Net Change operations and complex Import/Export filters.
• Work with Requisition and Candidate file structures.
• Support integrations and data migration activities.

2. OLF & Contextualization

• Design and maintain OLF (Organization, Location, Job Field) structure.
• Configure contextualization based on OLF.
• Manage SmartOrg, User Types, and access control.
• Implement security configurations aligned with OLF structure.

3. Approvals & Automation

• Configure Dynamic Approval Routing (DAR) and DAR matrix.
• Manage Offer Approval workflows.
• Set up automated tasks, onboarding triggers, and candidate progression rules.

4. Taleo Recruiting Functional Expertise

• Manage requisition creation, templates, and approvals.
• Handle candidate lifecycle and CSW (Candidate Selection Workflow).
• Configure Career Sections (Internal & External).
• Design Offer Letter templates and List Formats.
• Configure and manage UDFs (User-Defined Fields).
• Implement data purge rules and compliance requirements.

5. Onboarding & Transitions

• Configure onboarding types and transitions processes.
• Manage task orchestration and workflow automation.

6. Taleo Social Sourcing (TSS)

• Setup and configure TSS module.
• Manage sourcing workflows, user roles, and engagement processes.

7. Security & Access Management

• Configure User Types, permissions, and role-based access.
• Manage cross-module security integrations (Recruiting, Onboarding, TSS).
• Maintain SmartOrg access configurations.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Taleo Recruiting (Techno-Functional).
• Hands-on expertise in TCC, DAR, OLF structure, SmartOrg.
• Experience in onboarding transitions and workflow automation.

data in real time. Our first product is a modular wall finishing robot for plastering, putty and painting of building interiors. Our customers include some of the biggest names in Indian real estate and construction.To support our next stage of growth and to take the product from prototype to manufacturing ready design, we are looking for an embedded systems lead who will lead design and implementation of the software for embedded devices and systems end to end from requirements gathering to commercial deployment.

What you will do:

● Conceptualize, design, fabricate, integrate and test overall embedded architecture, embedded boards, software and circuitry for Pace Robotics’ fleet of AMRs.

● Develop embedded code which enables simultaneous exchange of data between various modules and sensors to facilitate fast/robust decision making for the robot and real time controls.

● Selection of Communication Protocols, actuation sequencing and deep involvement with embedded software and control strategy.

● Develop and maintain various engineering tools used to debug, analyze, and test embedded products.

● Work as the common link between the hardware, robot autonomy, and software teams, converting inputs from each team along with overall product/customer needs intoelectronic circuits, software and hardware.

● Selection and integration of all active, passive components, micro-controller, processor w/peripherals and power components.

● Work on improving the efficiency of the power distribution and consumption.

● Work on designing the wiring scheme of the whole autonomous system.

Who you are:

● Masters or Bachelors (with 8-12 yrs exp) in Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation/Electrical & Electronics/Embedded Systems with relevant experience in industrial R&D Projects.

● You have the following technical skill sets:

o Expertise with latest Gen Cortex A and M series microcontroller/processors, Nvidia Orin/Jetson platforms

o Expertise with C,C++ and python programming

o Expertise with digital electronics (BJTs, Mosfets, Amplifiers, OP Amps etc)

o Knowledge of different communication protocols such as I2C,Ethernet(TCP/IP,UDP), EtherCat, CAN etc

o Good Understanding of Electronics Circuits and Schematics

o Expertise with RTOS (FreeRTOS/VxWorks etc)

o Expertise with Linux (Ubuntu and RTLinux) programming concepts

o Excellent understanding of Signal Processing methods

o Experienced in PCB and wiring harness Design

o Proficient with Matlab, Simulink, DAQ software
