Meyrahkee is a Talent Advisory Firm focused on helping startups with Talent Solutions that are effective and workable. We are a "boutique search firm" with a focus on engaging and working closely with "high growth startups". Our approach is to partner with VC-funded growth startups to understand the business and its growth trajectory. Based on the same we help with the most viable talent acquisition solutions.
We started operations in March 2019 and over the last 4+ years have worked with 175+ startups with whom we have closed 150+ roles (leadership and lateral) across technology/engineering, sales, customer success, product, design, finance, marketing, strategy/founders' office and HR.
We engage with growth startups to build the talent acquisition practice and help scale the teams post Series A to Series B Stage. Also, help them identify leaders for key senior roles.
Our focus is to work with early-stage companies and VC-funded startups.

We are looking for a talented Platform Engineer with a strong background in Python programming and AWS services to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our cloud management platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and functionality.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- A total of 2-4 years of professional experience in developing applications/platforms using Python programming
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles and RDBMS.
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing AWS services, including Lambda, RDS, and DynamoDB.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, infrastructure, and architectural best practices.
- Experience in using source control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- A constant hunger for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry advancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Nice to have:
- AWS Certified Developer – Associate or other relevant AWS certifications.
- Experience with the AWS Boto3 SDK for Python.
- Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.

We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
