Job Description – Shipping & Logistics Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate for the role of Shipping & Logistics Executive at our Gurgaon office. The candidate will be responsible for handling export documentation, coordinating shipping and logistics activities, and ensuring compliance with Indian customs regulations for apparel exports. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, good computer knowledge, and practical experience in shipping and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other customs-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with Indian customs regulations and export procedures for apparel shipments.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, CHA agents, and internal departments for smooth shipment execution.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate records of dispatches, delivery schedules, and logistics activities.
• Handle documentation related to shipping, logistics, and export operations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and logistics partners regarding shipment status and documentation requirements.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation systems for export and logistics records.
• Support day-to-day logistics operations and resolve shipment-related issues efficiently.
• Use computer systems and MS Office applications effectively for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Ensure timely completion of all operational and compliance-related activities.

Required Skills:

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: B.Com
• Relevant experience in Shipping & Logistics / Export Documentation preferred.
• Experience in apparel export industry will be an added advantage.

Design Development:

•Lead the design development process, ensuring that concepts align with client preferences, project goals, and industry standards.

•Develop comprehensive interior design schemes, including space planning, color schemes, and material selections.

Drawings and Documentation:

•Create detailed interior drawings, plans, and elevations using industry-standard software.

•Collaborate with architects and other design professionals to integrate interior design elements seamlessly into overall project documentation.

Vendor Coordination:

•Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.

•Coordinate with vendors to source and procure materials, furniture, and fixtures that meet project specifications and budget constraints.

Shop Drawings and Specifications:

•Review and approve shop drawings to ensure they comply with design intent and project requirements.

•Develop and communicate detailed specifications for construction and installation processes.

Quotes and Budget Management:

•Prepare accurate and detailed project cost estimates and quotes.

•Work closely with the project management team to monitor and manage project budgets effectively.

FF&E Selection:

•Lead the selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment based on design concepts, client preferences, and project requirements.

•Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to enhance design offerings.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

•1 to 4 years of proven experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial or residential projects.

•Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.

•Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture procurement.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to lead and collaborate within a team environment.

•Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively.

Service Now SecOps Developer

Shift: 2:00 to 11:00 PM IST \ Remote

 Key Skills –  

ServiceNow SecOps Expertise – Implementation/integration and customization support. (Not just admin or cursory experience) , Scripting & Integration Proficiency, Security Operations & Incident Management Knowledge.

ServiceNow Certification:

Must hold SN Certifications – must hold Development or Implementation related cert. (CAD, CIS etc, not just CSA)

Strong preference for CIS – Security Incident Response (SIR) and/or CIS – Vulnerability Response (VR) certifications.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

•  5–7 years of ServiceNow development experience, including 2–3 years with SecOps modules (SIR and VR).

•  Proficient in ServiceNow development including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI customization, and REST/SOAP integrations.

•  Strong understanding of security operations, incident response processes, and vulnerability management.

•  Experience with third-party tool integrations relevant to security operations.

Lantern Pharma is looking for talented and highly motivated R Shiny based front end web application developers to visualize the data analyzed / reports generated using bioinformatics pipelines. Leveraging your background and applying software engineering principles, to develop applications and tools in support of data visualization and reporting using R / R Shiny. You will be involved in generating complex graphs used for statistical analysis and interpretation using interactive libraries such as Plotly. In addition to development of new code, you will support and maintain standard R programs, which will comprise a library of code to be used for future development. This is a 6 months contract position (40 hrs / week) with possibilities of full time employment based on performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop interactive web applications using R / R Shiny to visualize ML outputs, multi-omics data and reports generated by bioinformatics pipelines
• Use the open-source or proprietary R libraries to build useful applications and packages
• Write efficient, clean and well tested code that adheres to best practices
• Organize data, analysis, reports, and applications into reproducible pipelines
• Test and debug applications to ensure they are working correctly, using both manual and automated testing techniques
• Stay up-to-date with the latest R packages and developments in the pharma industry
• Publish R packages to internal company repository
• Deploy and maintain the R Shiny web-application on the AWS server

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree required (Master’s degree preferred) in a scientific discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics etc.
• Minimum 2 years of R / R Shiny, R Markdown experience with standard packages for data visualization and analysis
• Proven ability of building interactive R-shiny application (demo of the R-shiny application)
• Proficient in libraries such as ggplot2, plotly, dplyr, Highcharter and DT
• Must have experience in generating and working with R markdown reports
• Experience of AWS to host R shiny application is a plus
• Knowledge of cancer biology, genomics and drug development is a plus

As Oracle Apps DBA, able to implement Patching, Cloning, Backup and restoring RMAN. Having experience in Oracle 11i RAC, ERP 12.2 & experience in Performance tuning.

Responsibilities:
