About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and govern enterprise-grade security architectures across cloud-based healthcare platforms. The role involves working closely with Data, Software, ML, and Cloud Architects to secure complex systems such as AI platforms, digital diagnosis solutions, and software-as-a-medical-device offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust security architectures for applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms
• Conduct threat modeling, security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing
• Identify security gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend remediation
• Implement and support DevSecOps practices, including code and infrastructure security
• Define and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures
• Respond to security incidents with root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Mentor development and security teams on secure design and best practices
• Evaluate and integrate third-party security tools and technologies

Mandatory Skills (Top 3)

1. Cloud Security Expertise
2. Hands-on experience with cloud security (AWS / GCP / Azure), including secure architecture design and cloud risk assessments.
3. DevSecOps & Container Security
4. Strong experience in DevSecOps/SecOps environments with tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, IDS, SIEM, SAST/DAST, and EDR.
5. Threat Modeling & Vulnerability Management
6. Proven expertise in threat modeling, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and risk management, including automation-driven security testing.

Our team consists of generalist engineers who work on building modern websites (SPA & Isomorphic), mobile apps for Android & iOS, REST APIs and servers, internal tools, and infrastructure for all our users.

What do I need?

Graduation/Post-Graduation in any stream (Mandatory Pedegree)

2-5 years experience in Product Management in any company Strong in data analysis with hands on experience in MS Excel and SQL

Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

Willingness to learn and read about new technologies

Work closely with the technology team to ensure their ideas are quickly tested in production environment with frequent iterations Ensure successful ideas get implemented in the product in a scalable and optimized manner

Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products

Work closely with the Growth Team to understand the type of customers we are targeting and their needs and If required, PM can help the growth team in fine tuning the target market and buyer profiles

Work closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure customer delight and success

About the Role

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to deliver the highest quality with each release
• Own the acceptance criteria process with developers and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for features
• Create the necessary automation library and framework as required and build automation tests and integrated them to CI/CD pipeline
• Communicate using synchronous and asynchronous channels to collaborate effectively

Requirements for the Role

• 5+ years experience with manual and automation testing
• Experience with QA methodologies for large scale web and mobile applications, understanding of software development process
• Experience with mobile,(android and iOS) web and API automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Appium and Postman
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment and with geographically distributed teams
• Experience working with SCM tools like Git
