5. Talent Engagement: Conduct periodic surveys to get the pulse of the people in the organisation; town halls, group meeting, one-on-one sessions to assimilate the concerns as well as suggestions from people and take actions in accordance to the same ensuring a culture of enthusiasm, productivity and profitability.
6. Performance Management:Adopt a futuristic & objective performance management process to identify, recognize and reward accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Degree in Human Resources from an institution of repute.
2. 10+ years of proven working experience as HR Manager.
3. People oriented and results driven.
4. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrices.
5. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and managing the agency channel by recruiting, training, and supporting POSP agents. The role focuses on driving sales performance, strengthening agent relationships, and expanding market presence. The candidate will act as a key link between agents and the company, ensuring smooth communication, performance tracking, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, recruit, and onboard POSP agents

Drive achievement of sales targets through the agency channel

Train agents on insurance products and sales techniques

Support agents in lead generation and business development

Build and maintain strong agent relationships

Monitor agent performance and suggest improvements

Develop strategies to grow agency business and market share

Coordinate with internal teams for agent support and issue resolution

Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports

• Set up realistic lighting for day/night scenes in Corona Renderer.
• Optimize light balance, shadows, and contrast without compromising realism.
• Work closely with modelers to enhance the final output.
• Troubleshoot render issues, optimize scene settings, and reduce render time.
• Collaborate on animation and still render projects across residential and commercial categories.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong command over Corona Renderer in 3ds Max.
• Deep understanding of light temperature, GI, HDRI setups, and exposure control.
• Ability to produce natural and cinematic lighting without heavy post-processing.
• Knowledge of LightMix, interactive rendering, and LUTs.
• Minimum 1.5 years of professional experience in lighting for architecture visualization.
• A solid portfolio of lighting renders (interiors + exteriors + products).

Good to Have:

• Experience with animations and render passes.
