ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to drive our sales strategy and expand our market presence. This role demands a strong understanding of SAP/Finance ERP solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in IT/software sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company revenue targets in the SAP/ERP domain.
• Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients by demonstrating the value of our SAP/ERP solutions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify growth opportunities.
• Proposal & Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demos tailored to client needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical and consulting teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, with a strong focus on SAP Product sales/Finance ERP solutions
• Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in handling manufacturing industry clients will be given preference.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing and Procurement

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and vendors for various products and services
• Compare suppliers based on pricing, quality standards, delivery timelines, and reliability
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to achieve cost efficiency

2. Purchase Order Management

• Prepare and issue purchase orders with accurate specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules
• Track purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement requirements
• Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries

3. Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment
• Assist in inventory planning to minimize excess stock and avoid shortages

4. Supplier Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Address supplier performance issues, quality concerns, and delivery delays
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews

5. Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, pricing, and procurement documentation
• Support audits and internal reviews by providing required procurement data

Skills and Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Purchase/Procurement field or a similar role, preferably in a relevant industry
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and best practices
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems for purchase and inventory management

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Purchasing Process and analyses existing Purchasing strategies

10. PR follow up with OFT team as services done without PO
11. PO Placement
12. Enquiries handling.
13. Developing regional, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers.
14. Educating vendors for better paperwork and packaging as per our norms.
15. Helping hand to Proposal team.
16. Rate negotiation.
17. Contract finalization with new vendors.

Experience – 2 to 4 years.

• You will maintain ERP system integrity to ensure the optimization of the planning, execution, and control of production schedules.
• Track shipments, transfers, PO’s, inventory levels and physical inventory counts for multiple locations. Communicating with location managers to maintain required inventory levels between the various locations.
• Manages a team of buyers, planners, inventory control. Suggest and lead continuous improvement for the department and others.
• Measures and manages the performance of materials indirect and direct support teams.

Skills & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related discipline required.

• Experience with ERP or comparable production software.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience within the manufacturing, distribution, and/or service industry.
