- This role is responsible for Implementation, one of the most critical phases in a client's life cycle.

- We are looking for an experienced and driven Director, Implementation who is responsible for applying expert knowledge of implementation and large project processes while providing strategic direction to minimize time to first value for all customers.

- As the Director, Implementation, you will manage a growing team and develop processes and procedures for enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities :

- Take proactive ownership of regional implementation health.

- Provide support to Account Executives & Sales Engineers during the Sales cycle
- Ability to speak knowledgeably on all technical integration options available within an implementation
- Facilitate hand-off from Sales to Implementation

- Connect regularly with all team members and provide strategic guidance, feedback on performance, and remediate as needed
- Monitor the progress of each account at a deeper level
- Ensure all metrics are accurate and up-to-date

- Understand and manage escalations efficiently and appropriately
- The first point of contact for all inquiries on project status from executive leadership

Qualifications :

- 15-18 years of experience working with global enterprise customers in software implementation or Project Management type role at a SaaS company

ROLE SUMMARY

The Integration Developer is a key member of the operations team, responsible for ensuring the smooth integration and functioning of various systems and software within the organization. This role involves technical support, system troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and assisting with the implementation of integration solutions.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Spring Framework, Apache Camel, and other integration patterns such as RESTful APIs, SOAP services, file-based FTP/SFTP, and OAuth authentication.

·       Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to design integration solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.

·       Resolve complex integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies across multiple systems. Support Production issues and fixes.

·       Document integration processes, technical designs, APIs, and workflows to ensure clarity and ease of use.

·       Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical production issues.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.    Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.

2.    Ideate, design, and implement program that focused on post-training support for mental health first-aiders.

3.    Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).

4.    Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.
