Roles and Responsibilities

• 5+ years of relevant experience as an individual contributor working on the frontend technologies
• Strong technical foundation and experience building user interfaces for complex applications.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js core principles and experience with latest React concepts like hooks, context APIs
• Experience with popular state management libraries like Redux, Flux
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript and knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

Job description;

• Strong expertise in JavaScript concepts.

At Kafqa, we are building the next generation performing arts platform. Our mission is to transform how India learns, performs & watchers performing arts. Founder & Team

The founder is Shariq Plasticwala. He is a graduate of IIT Bombay & Stanford GSB. He was part of the founding team of Amazon India where he played a key role for over 8 years. Among his roles at Amazon, he was the CEO of Amazon’s first joint venture in India and a Board Member of Amazon’s payments business. The other members of the founding team consist of senior executives from Shiamak Davar & Byju’s.

Role

We are looking for an experienced Frontend engineer with ReactJS development experience to join our team.
Here’s are some of the things you might have to do on any given day:

• Implement responsive and performant UIs with user centered approach with frontend technologies including ReactJS, Javascript(ES 6), Typescript, SCSS, etc
• Write meaningful test cases for frontend &amp
• Develop Infrastructure for delivering services using a performance driven approach, build databases, schedule automated jobs, etc

Ideal Background / Experience

• At least 12 months of diverse experience in web development for product or services oriented environment with exposure to working production deployments
• Expertise in programming using Python/ReactJS or similar scripting languages
• In-depth exposure to technologies used in web-based SaaS products, including REST APIs
• Sound understanding of Postgres and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB

Nice to have exposure to any of

• AWS
• Azure
• ELK
• Object Relational Models (SQLAlchemy, etc)
• Google APIs
• Microservices Architecture Pattern
• NodeJS / ExpressJS

Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, HTML, Bootstrap, Material UI, CSS3/SCSS, Webpack, NPM, NVM, Visual Studio Code

Knowledge/Experience on Restful APIs integration.

Unit testing with Jasmine or an equivalent framework

Experience or Knowledge in developing complex reusable component libraries such as complex grids, spreadsheet components etc.,

Currently We are Looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

Responsibilities :
