In this role, you will be entrusted with the art of design

Technical Competency :

● Translating wireframes and experiences into highly-polished visual composites with a user-centered design methodology,

● Building beautiful and engaging user interfaces according to user needs, business requirements and technical constraints,

● Mentoring less experienced designers and improving internal processes.

● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

● Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end

● Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Interpersonal skills :

● Must be comfortable working in a team and independently when required.

● Must be disciplined, proactive, and self-motivated

● Needs to have problem-solving and analytical skills

● Good to have previous experience of direct client interaction for project brief and updates

What You Need To Apply:

● Have 5+ years of experience as a UI Designer

● Have outstanding UI portfolio with commercial web or mobile projects,

● Can lead and drive younger UI designers

● Are able to create interactive design and high fidelity prototypes,

● Can share your knowledge and improve internal processes,

● Have a high command of written and spoken English

● Have exceptional communication skills and team-working skills,

● Have a strong social portfolio.

● Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.

We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings.
The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
You should also monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocate.

A successful recruiter has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, remains up-to-date with employment legislature, and keeps informed in company hiring and internship programs.
A good recruiter can assess candidates' skills, experience and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements.

• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.

Proficiency in core Java & Spring framework

Expertise in Web Service technologies.

Excellent knowledge in Databases and code integrations such as Postgres SQL, SQL Server, MySQL

Experience with Java Spring Boot, Hibernate Cloud Services, AWS, S3, Server-less lambda functions
Experience with security principles and frameworks
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token and OAuth2 - Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, etc.

Essential skills are Core Java/J2EE, functional aspects, Spring Framework, Swagger, Tomcat, SVN, Git, Postman/Newman.

Should have worked in Agile methodologies.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design and develop features using Java, Spring, and Hibernate

- Ability to design database schema, develop views and stored procedures

- Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects

- Review and analyse business requirements and provide technical feasibility and estimates

- Coordinate the workflow between the UX team and front end developers

Qualification

- 4-7 years of work experience developing Java-based backend applications

- Around 2 year of work experience using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and Microservices

- Bachelor degree in computer science, or information technology, or other related field of study

This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJU's unique way of learning in your city. What You Will Need for this Position

The prerequisites for joining our development team are simple. We care more about your attitude and aptitude than the specific tools and technologies you have used in the past. 5+ years of overall development experience, which ideally includes working with an object-oriented language (Java)
