Fullstack Developer

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll design, develop, and optimize responsive web applications using Next.js/React as the primary frontend stack. You’ll collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend teams, translating product requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, scalable web applications using Next.js/React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Material UI (MUI).
• Convert Figma/UI designs into pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces.
• Optimize frontend performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient code and participate in code reviews.
• Test and debug frontend features for reliability, usability, and performance.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in web/software development.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Context API).
• Familiarity with component libraries (MUI, Tailwind).
• Demonstrable experience building and maintaining backend services using frameworks like Express or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and CI/CD concepts.
• Exposure to collaborative tools (Git, Figma, JIRA).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience developing SaaS platforms/web applications.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and accessibility best practices.
• Solid understanding of database principles and experience with either MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

• 4+ Years of proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
• Good experience in building custom WordPress themes, custom  plugins  and configuring content using custom fields.
• Extensive experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience using CSS Grid, CSS Flexbox 
• Good Communication skills

• Building the website front-end and back-end from scratch without using any page builders. 

• Creating easy to use, intuitive,  well-structured backend for content management.
• Writing SEO friendly, high performant code.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and backend frameworks like Express.js, NestJS, or Fastify.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies like React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Practical knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and IAM.
• Experience with database schema design and management using MongoDB.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach to challenges.
• Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to contribute effectively in a collaborative setting.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to GraphQL for API development.
• Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with Serverless Framework for deploying cloud-native applications.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Understanding of state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools.

 1.Experience in proper MERN Stack

 2.In depth knowledge of Node JS, Angular JS, MongoDB 

 3.Experience in implementing applications using AngularJS.

 4.Experience in creating front end applications using HTML 5, Angular JS, LESS/SASS 

 5.Javascript experience both on client as well as on server side

 6.Experience with MVC and MVVM design patterns

 7.Good experience with multiple third party API's integration

 8.Experience in MongoDB scaling and optimization

 9.Experience with cloud technologies AWS Lambda & EC2 setup

 10.Experience in creating RESTful based web services in JSON & XML
