Position Summary:

As a CRM ETL Developer, you will be responsible for the analysis, transformation, and integration of data from legacy and external systems into CRM application. This includes developing ETL/ELT workflows, ensuring data quality through cleansing and survivorship rules, and supporting daily production loads. You will work in an Agile environment and play a vital role in building scalable, high-quality data integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Integration: Proven experience in integrating disparate data systems.
• Data Modelling: Good understanding of relational, dimensional modelling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Performance Tuning: Skilled in application and SQL query performance optimization.
• CRM Systems: Familiarity with Siebel CRM, Siebel Data Model, and Oracle SOA Suite is a plus.

Key Responsibilities 

Customer Engagement & Support 

• Provide first-level support to customers during onboarding, implementation, and post-implementation stages. 
• Respond to and resolve customer queries through email, chat, and calls with a consultative and solution-oriented approach. 

Product Understanding & Troubleshooting 

• Maintain a thorough understanding of SmartWinnr’s features, updates, and functionality. 
• Identify and troubleshoot product issues, escalating to the appropriate internal teams when required. 

Documentation & Process Adherence 

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions using internal tools. 
• Follow defined processes for issue tracking, escalation, and communication.  

Internal Collaboration

Requirements 

Education

Professional Experience

• Experience & comfortable working in night shifts.
