CRM ETL Developer

Role Description: As a Senior Back-End Developer at Ease Commerce, you will design, build, and maintain scalable server-side applications that power our CRM platform. This full-time, on-site role based in Indore involves architecting APIs, optimizing database structures, and ensuring secure, high-performance integrations with front-end interfaces and third-party services. You will review code, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with product, QA, and front-end teams to deliver robust features and enhancements. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, troubleshooting production issues, improving system reliability, and contributing to technical decision-making and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Node.js development.
• Experience with any one of the Node.js frameworks: Fastify, Express, or NestJS.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Background in designing scalable architectures for SaaS or CRM products is highly beneficial.

About Position We are seeking an experienced, senior IT professional in the capacity of Senior Business Intelligence Analyst within the Data Products team. Analysts will lead efforts to concisely and accurately capture, synthesize and analyze requirements, evaluate options to leverage existing technology investments, assist with evaluation and selection of new technologies, identify alignment opportunities and work with change agents, developers and testers to ensure projects achieve their objectives. The role requires close collaboration between business leaders and Data Engineers aligned to each of our Value Streams/ Business Domains across (Marketing, Manufacturing, Design & Engineering etc). Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree or experience in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related digital, analytical, or IT field. • Hold 5 to 8 years of professional experience. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Business Domain/ Value Stream aligned Data Product Managers and identify opportunities to provide business intelligence, strategy and planning services to business stakeholders, determine the best approach for engagement and deliverables and gain commitment from stakeholders to proceed. • Work with business users to understand their use cases, functions and processes and help them define business intelligence, analytics and reporting requirements. • Design and develop user friendly and interactive dashboards to support business decision makers in making informed choices. • Develop and modify reports, verify information integrity and design BI dashboards, scorecards, charts/ graphs, drilldowns, and dynamic reports to meet product definitions. • Work with business units and functional partners to identify, prioritize, clearly define and document analytical needs, while maintaining perspective on the ultimate KPIs of the organization. • Collect, aggregate and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to drive insights on system performance. • Advise the Data Engineering and BI development team on the translation of business requirements into technical specifications. • Support the roll out of new BI products and provide end user training on the usage of dashboards and reports. • Regularly present and share findings with stakeholders to evangelize Business Intelligence tools and strategies. • Help to ensure that there is a continuous feedback loop which will drive user experience improvements and user adoption of BI tools. • Provide a mechanism for reporting the success or failure of a product against its value proposition. • Ensure design and branding consistency across various data visualization solutions, dashboards and reports. • Promote reuse of solutions or solution components through good documentation and design solutions. • Contribute to the ongoing maturity of the Data Product Teams operating model, methods and deliverables. • Perform detailed data analysis for assets in Databricks and evaluate them for quality and completeness for building data products. • Perform SQL-based data extraction, data validation, and data analysis. • Collaborate with Data Modeling and Power BI teams to design and deliver scalable reporting and analytics solutions. • Write user stories and define acceptance criteria to support Agile development of business requirements in Azure Dev Ops. • Work on a variety of initiatives related to Data Democratization operations. • Troubleshoot problems or issues and provide support to the data engineering team. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Experience leading product envisioning sessions and capturing business requirements (identifying operating models, business processes, services, capabilities, etc.) and modeling them in live and interactive sessions. • Ability to interact, influence, and communicate across all organizational levels including business team executives, subject matter experts and technical resources. • Ability to visually summarize multi-dimensional complex data into simple to understand information. • Strong presentation and business story-telling skills with the ability to create dashboards reports. • Technical aptitude with strong logical, problem solving, negotiation and decisionmaking skills. • Ability to map data using disparate data sources such as flat files, databases, XML files and/or unstructured data. • Advanced Excel skills, including V Lookups, pivot tables, charting, formulas, and data manipulation. • Strong analytical and project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize track and deliver results. • 5-8 years in IT roles spanning business analysis, business intelligence, strategy, project management and delivery functions. • Experience with the planning, envisioning and facilitation of executive-level strategic or IT planning workshops. • Experience across all layers of system architecture (business, data, information systems, infrastructure) with a focus on Business Intelligence. • Excellent interpersonal skills especially in areas of teamwork, facilitation, influence, and negotiation. • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills, and a high level of competency with Business Intelligence Tools. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Experience creating visual dashboards with large and complex datasets using business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau. • Experience interpreting data from a business perspective and communicating those insights to nontechnical business partners. • Strong understanding of data governance controls, process and procedures, centers of competency, change management, conceptual data modeling, master data management, data standardization and stewardship, information integrity, compliance and data quality. • Experience with data mining techniques such as scenario modeling, pattern detection, A/B testing, nearest neighbor, cluster analysis, sentiment analysis, decision trees, optimization, simulation, regression analysis, deep learning and other types of analysis. • Experience working in an AGILE environment (SCRUM and Kanban) and practical knowledge of project management. • Strong quantitative, analytical and interpretive skills
