Job Description

· Design technical specifications for RPA (Uipath) that meets the requirements and handled all the non functional requirements of concurrency, scalability, security requirements, restart and recovery.

· Develops and configures automation processes as per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements. Works on the coding the more complicated automations or reusable components, and delegates and mentors junior developers for the less complex components.

· Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

· Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures.

· Ensures documentation is well maintained.

· Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing.

· Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality.

· Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis

· Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification.

· Mentors junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering / Computer Science

Additional Information

· 5- 8 years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts. Should be from a programming background on any coding language (.Net, Java).

· Working experience in RPA for a minimum of 2 years and having project experience of a minimum 3 RPA implementations.

· Understands development methodology and lifecycle

· Should be trained on RPA tools (Uipath).

· Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented.

· Well organized, good communication and reporting skills.

• Experience in Spring Boot, Jenkins, Git, Hibernate, Kubernetes, and Docker

• Experience in the development of scalable and extensible systems using Java

• Proficiency in Database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB

• Solid and fluent understanding of algorithm and data structures

• Excellent software design, problem-solving and debugging skills

• Demonstrated high ownership in previous projects

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Good understanding of Elastic Search, Redis

• Experience working in the cloud environment, preferably AWS*.

• Write unit tests and run automated tests through CI/CD

• Experience in building cloud SaaS or PaaS solutions/products

• 5-8 years of experience as a Java/J2EE developer.
• 1-3 years of experience with Angular / React is desirable.
• 1-3 years of experience in using Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Thorough knowledge of server-side development.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Good understanding of web services (WSDL SOAP, RESTful).
• Hands-on experience in using Application Servers like WebSphere.
• Expertise in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
• E-commerce domain knowledge is desirable.
• Prior experience in developing desktop and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with common stacks.
• Knowledge of multiple frontend languages and libraries, like HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.
• Experience in implementation of Microservices
• Experience with AWS (S3, SQS, SNS, ECS, EC2, ALB, API Gateway, Lambda, etc.) is highly desirable
• Good understanding of Docker & Kubernetes is highly desired.
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgresSQL), web servers (Apache), and UI/UX designs.

# Responsibilities:

• Build the APIs and internal mechanisms of the backend across all our services.
• Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale.
• Build and lead engineering teams to achieve product roadmap milestones.
• Oversee the research and development of new products and technologies.
• Engage with inspiring designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with leading back-end engineers as we create reliable APIs
• Represent and evangelize engineering team in events, talks, conferences, etc.
• Be available for troubleshooting in case of backend emergencies.

# Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or any Engineering domain with experience in Software Programming.
• 2-5 years of experience building large-scale software applications.
• Highly proficient with Java and knowledge of the many intricacies of Spring Boot.
• Proficient with MongoDB and Redis. Knowledge of Aerospike, other databases would be a bonus.
• Good understanding of distributed systems (servers, databases, etc.).
• Positive and solution-oriented mindset and comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development environment.

Work Experience & Skills:

• B.E/B.Tech or any relevant Masters degree from reputed college.
• Strong 5+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring IOC, Spring Annotations, Spring JDBC, Jquery, Java script, HTML 5 and CSS
• Strong experience in Postgres or any SQL technology
• Experience with working on Tomcat, Apache, JBoss or any similar application server
• Should have 3+ years of experience in leading team.
• Good experience in JSON / RESTful API / Web Services.
• Experience in working on Agile methodology using Scrum and sprints
• Experience in using build tools, Maven, GIT, Bugzilla or similar tools.
• Experience in cloud technologies, Microservices and frameworks such as AWS or GPC, container technologies like Docker is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to new development environments, changing business requirements and learning new systems highly desired
• Experience in Microservices, SpringBoot and Angular is a plus.
• Experience with tuning deployed applications for scalability and performance.
• Good knowledge of deployment and scripting on Linux/Unix servers
• Strong technical documentation skills.
