Business Development Manager (Outbound Sales)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in IT Sales, Lead conversion, Cold Calling, and End-to-End Sales for Web, Mobile, and AI-based services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and proven experience in generating business opportunities from international markets.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales channels.
- Handle complete end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Identify new business opportunities for: Web Development Services/ Mobile App Development/ AI/ML Solutions/ Custom Software Development
- Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, and proposal discussions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
- Work on lead generation platforms such as : LinkedIn Sales Navigator/ Upwork/ Clutch/ Email Campaigns/ CRM tools
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare project estimations and proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline, reports, and client communication records
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will actively drive the inbound leads into conversion aligned with the sales objectives and take complete ownership of the inbound sales and support process.
What you will do:
- Identifying and prospecting potential buyers through cold calls and emails.
- Evaluating and documenting qualifying factors for the lead such as client's budget, need and timeline.
- Maintaining relationships and working closely with cross-functional teams for account management.
- Having experience in prospected and closed sales in SMB accounts based out of India and MEA, primarily sold Salesforce CRM – Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Specializing in the Manufacturing, Real Estate, Education and Travel.
- Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/solutions.
- Making multi-channel follow-up – helping uncover new deals and nurturing existing opportunities.
- Working closely with AE’s across India accomplishments.
What you need to have:
- Should be having international exposure.
- Ability to interact comfortably with both clients and internal departments.
- Hands-on experience on Salesforce.
- Experience in Outbound Sales, Inside Sales, Account Mapping, Account Research, Field Sales, Public Speaking and Time Management.
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 5,00,000 to 10,00,000
