Strategic Copywriter Job Description:

We are hiring a Strategic Copywriter to own positioning, messaging architecture, and high-stakes enterprise copy.

What You Will Do:

- Define and refine ICP clarity and messaging hierarchy.

- Build positioning frameworks for enterprise audiences.

- Write high-conversion copy across funnel stages (website, landing pages, email, sales assets).

- Structure objection handling for complex B2B buyers.

- Build and maintain a categorized hook and messaging system.

- Collaborate with founders, design, and performance teams to align strategy and execution.

- Improve messaging performance through structured testing and iteration.

What You Won’t Do:

- Manage social media calendars or posting cadence.

- Write low-context, generic content for volume.

- Execute without strategic clarity.

- Operate without performance accountability.

Requirements:

- Strong experience in B2B or enterprise-facing copy (mandatory).

- Clear understanding of funnel stages and objection sequencing.

- Ability to define positioning, not just write headlines.

- Comfort working in founder-driven environments with direct feedback.

- Structured thinker who can abstract patterns and build systems.

- Performance-aware — understands metrics and iteration logic.

- Strong compression skills — can simplify complex ideas without losing depth.
