Required Skill Set: ï‚· Worked as a Market Research Manager / equivalent with a proven track record of working on large global / local primary qualitative and quantitative research projects ï‚· Relevant coursework and 3+ years of related experience ï‚· Experience in a client-side research role or in business consulting (mandatory) ï‚· Working knowledge of statistical tools like SPSS, Minitab (mandatory) ï‚· Solid Knowledge of Qualitative and Quantitative Research Analysis, Questionnaire Development & Design ï‚· Excellent communication skills ï‚· Experience / practice in market research and analytics with hands on experience in Research Design ï‚· Extensive working knowledge in Research Planning, Sampling Design, Questionnaire Construction, Market Research Program Managem ent and Client Servicing ï‚· Understanding of leveraging different internal and external sources of customer data ï‚· Ability to Identify important insights and use them as the basis for compelling, actionable recommendations ï‚· Ability to manage self effectively; solve most problems independently and ask for help early when needed ï‚· Manage the research process, including selecting, briefing and managing research vendors ï‚· The passion for understanding the customer and driving improved customer experiences so that the business benefits ï‚· Willingness to adapt to areas of work such as social media analytics, digital marketing analytics & advanced analytics Role Description/ Responsibilities: Overview of role: We do online primary custom research and social media analytics for digital clients. The role would involve executing custom research projects for our digital clients, which would involve understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, questionnaire design, sampling, data quality monitoring, data analysis, social media analytics and report preparation.
