IT Project Manager – Team Lead 

About the position:- 

Responsibilities as a Project Manager:

• Stakeholder management, Budget management.
• · Merck specific Processes for project execution.
• Like Risk, info class, IT security etc.
• · Client communication and updates.
• · Daily monitoring and follow-up with development, testing, implementation teams for status update.
• · Project planning, estimation and scheduling the task/assignment for team. · Single point of contact for any other teams.
• · Close monitoring of allocation and utilization.
• · Status reporting to LT and stakeholders. ·
• Responsible for testing and releases. Coding standard and Documentation for project.
• · Responsible for Change and Risk management for the project.

• 7+ years of experience in IT
• Demonstrable expertise in Golang development services, including a deep understanding of its syntax, advanced features, and standard library
• Familiarity with Go routines and channel patterns, as well as experience in writing high-performance Go code
• Solid grasp of web development fundamentals, including HTTP/HTTPS protocols, RESTful API design, data structures, and WebSockets
• Experience with designing and implementing microservices in Go and an understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

1. We are looking for candidates who have good programming skills. Strong on data structures, algorithms, understand time space complexity, able to come up with multiple solutions and then arrive at most optimized one keeping in mind customer requirements. Should also be well aware of OO concepts. If he / she has a strong background on these areas ( in any programming language),
2. Next the candidate should have worked on JS  with good hands on experience in a few projects mainly in backend development like making api calls, handling exception, models, data transformations, controllers etc. 
3. The last would be having some experience in any one of react.js/ node.js or even angular.js since some of these are being used in the current project. 
4. Prefer candidates with Angular (ver 8+), react.js (ver 16+), Node (Ver 14+) and extremely good in JavaScript, HTML & CSS
5. Experience : 3-6 years relevant

• Candidate Should have 5+ Years Of Experience in Core Java
• You will need strong development skills to work on and improve our Scala-based services, and be able to work together with senior teammates to create appropriate architectural design and ensure all aspects are appropriate to meet the business need.
• Excellent Functional Design and Functional Programming skills (more than 2 years of business experience in Scala and Java projects, respectively)
• Core skills in key supporting technologies and/or frameworks such as Play (AKKA) / Lagom
• Proven experience working in teams in the successful delivery of complex, performant and high quality products
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Experience of SaaS (Software as a Service) environments
• Exposure to RESTful web APIs and a service oriented architecture
• Experience in Linux environments, Shell scripting etc
• Working with XML and JSON including parsing, asserting / matching and extracting
• Experience with Continuous Integration environments and build tools, including Terraform, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle and Ant
• Experience with messaging systems such as Apache Kafka, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon SQS and Rabbit MQ
• Experience working on Live platform SDKs such as Twilio, AWS Elemental

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand the business context
• Take responsibility for developing product features
• Implement development best practices

• Rich experience in Javascript and front end frameworks like React, Angular or Vue
• Build a backend APIs using Java, Node, Python or GoLang
• Proficiency in leveraging Cloud Native components in AWS, Azure or GCP
• Experience in building scalable applications using Microservices principles is a plus
• Experience in designing for performance is a big plus
• Ability to write high quality code
• Experience in polygot persistence using databases like relational (MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Redis etc)
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and technologies is a plus
• Passion for continuous learning of new technologies

• Demonstrate, present and promote services to salons, spas & gyms (Beauty & Wellness Industry)
• Should have excellent verbal & presentation skills
• Knowlege of local language is a must
• Should be inovative and target driven
• Willing to travel
• Demonstrate honesty & integrity

• 2-5 years relevant work experience in building multiple users software solutions
• 1-2 years hands on experience building cloud based web and mobile applications
• JavaScript, React, NodeJS, structured and unstructured store
• Strong Front End or Back end experience
• Hands on experience building Restful APIs
• Hands on experience building microservices based applications
• Understanding of DevOps / DevSecOps processes and related tools including, but not limited to, IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation), config management (Chef, Puppet), Git / Bitbucket, or Jenkins, etc.
• Hands on experience with multiple frontend or backend technologies (either) / frameworks / platforms supporting web and mobile applications – Such as: NodeJS, Python, Django, Flask, PHP, Laravel, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, Vue.js, ReactJS, Bootstrap, React-Native, Flutter, iOS SDK, or similar.
• Hands-on end to end experience of multiple application development frameworks, monitoring tools, and deployment methodologies
• Experience building and deploying with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and leveraging them throughout the CICD process
• Understanding of practices regarding system security measures
