More than 300,000 cattle have been sold through Animall which amounts to 3000 Crore Rs of GTV and is now at a monthly run rate of 320 Crore Rs GTV. Our dairy farmers
have rated us 4.6 out of 5 and 60% of our dairy farmers refer Animall to at least one friend every month.
What you will do
The cluster manager will be a mini-CEO/owner of his allocated cluster. He will be handling operations & sales of all the farms in his cluster with his team of farm managers & BDEs.
Your role will be a part of Hyperlocal farm team where we tend to solve for the best quality cattle. You will be responsible for top-line growth of your respective cluster (5-6 districts) leading a team of 7-8 farms i.e., a team of 150-200. You will be looking after your cluster’s sales and operations ensuring the right PnL for the farms with the aggression of a sales leader while thinking strategically to achieve diverse goals and tremendous growth. As a Cluster Head you will be accountable for demand
generation activities by carrying out farmer level direct and targeted connects in 4-300 villages under each cattle farm. These cattle farms are located in tier II and tier III cities while catering to a catchment area of 4-300 villages per cattle farm.
Roles & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to run on ground operations of 3 -4 farms within
his/her territory and for handling a monthly revenue to the tune of 2-3 Cr.
Build and nurture a team of 100+ people consisting of on ground sales
executives and their team leaders in the territory
Handling end to end business operations at state level which would require extensive travel to the farms across state
Creating a strategic road map and execution plan of the farm operations across the cluster
Ensuring that the monthly, quarterly and yearly business targets are achieved as per annual operating plan
Handling escalations/concerns raised at various levels within organisation or from other stakeholders
Recruiting and mentoring on the ground staff both on-roll as well as off-roll basis the hiring requirement of the farm
Working closely with internal as well as external stakeholders and also
responsible for preparation and reporting of daily operation report for the
category leaders

What you will do
Need a process and a detail-oriented candidate for our Account payable department in the Finance function
- Establish and maintain financial controls, internal financial controls, and procedures for the company. Eg P2P, R2R, etc.
- Ensure that payments are processed as per the internal controls with all the proper support.
- Account the expenses properly in the corresponding GLs.
- Implement timely payment to the vendors as well as timely booking and processing of the payment.
- Work with the business team and close all escalations.
- Prepare monthly MIS with schedules of all the expenses and balance sheet items as well as Month-end closure (M+1) and provision of the expense.
- Investigate reasons of creditors outstanding > 60 days, advance standing > 30 days & provision > 30 days.
- Ensure that there are no debit balances in sundry creditors and advances > 30 days.
- Spearhead the validating, booking, and processing of the salary, F&Fs & business reimbursements.
- Forecast the working capital requirement.
- Supervise accounting and validation of Fixed assets and maintaining FAR.
- Close the internal audit, statutory audit, and due diligence as well as daily BRS.
- Accurately calculate and pay the monthly TDS and monthly GST
- Assist the consultant with filing the TDS return and GST return
- Ensure the payroll compliance is done as per the relevant act.
You should apply if you
- Bring your Financial A-game: Should be well versed with Accounting Standard and IndAS, TDS, GST, Foreign Payments, and Payroll compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, PT, LWF)
- Are good with the ‘toys’: Proficient in Excel & Powerpoint. Working knowledge of Zoho & SAP.
- Are a seasoned veteran: CA with 5-6 years of experience and should have worked with a startup
- Can cut a good deal: Always eager to cut short the operating expenses.

The role will be part of our customer success team. You will work extensively on large datasets to identify and help remediate data risks for customers from diverse domains, and support them as a trusted security advisor.
Responsibility
- Analyse customer data on Concentric Platform, extract relevant insights to identify data risks, develop risk remediation strategies
- Prepare and present data risk reports to customers. Handhold them for implementation of the risk remediation strategies
- Develop, curate and maintain training datasets for AI models
- Label large datasets for supervised learning of AI models
- Serve as customer’s trusted data security advisor, providing subject matter expertise, strategic guidance to drive adoption of concentric platform aligned with customer objectives
- Strong experience on with data analytics. Proven ability to extract relevant insights from big volumes of data to solve specific problems. Eye for detecting trends, anomalies in data.
- Experience in developing training datasets for AI models and data labelling for supervised learning of AI models.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer advisory experience preferably in data security domain
- Experience on with Excel as data analysis and reporting tool is required. Knowledge of other tools like Python, Kibana, Jira, ppt will be a plus.
- Broad knowledge of operationalizing data security, regulations and standards will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills across various formats and mediums. Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Use creative problem-solving skills to help customers reach their business goals and maximize the value they are getting from Concentric platform
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Engineering discipline from premium institute
